Like so many other procedures in healthcare, this too, looks barbaric. Everything about the US healthcare system is shit. It is all designed to manage and suppress symptoms, not heal or cure. Symptoms are signs of the body healing, though they may be uncomfortable. Why the hell suppress symptoms? Oh, right, because when we suppress symptoms, we think we're all better. At least that's what big pharma wants us to believe. Since when did big pharma ever cure or heal anything? The only way big pharma has become the cash cow that it is is by keeping people sick and diseased, on the neverending treadmill of multiple pharmaceuticals, which are toxic to us and poison us. Chemo and radiation are both well-known to be carcinogenic and lead to secondary cancers. They both ensure a neverending stream of cash into big pharma. Take this pill, take that pill, then take 2 more to counter the side effects of the first two. It is way past time that we ditch the Carnegie & Rockefeller mandated allopathic poisobs and move back to where we once were in the early 1900s and before: naturopathic medicines from the earth, plants, and animal kingdom and homeopathy. As these are all matural, they cannot be patented therefore, there is no massive money incentive as there currently is with today's poisons which are deemed to be 'medicine'. Just as with the science that we were taught from an early age, healthcare, and medicine too, are both badly corrupted and a bunch of the same BS. Avoid the healcare industry like the plague as it truly is no better.
