The reason I keep the extra calendar that extends to 2026 is because it covers the school year. As a mom of 4, it’s hard to separate by fiscal year since the school year has so many special days like recitals, tournaments, concerts, etc. If not that, I would totally get away with just the hobo techo planner

I love your 2025 planner system! Keeping it simple has been so difficult for many of us since there are so many beautiful planners out in the market these days. I also know what you mean about “my life is not in compartments” as most of us busy people with 100’s of tasks around the home and outside. My attempt in separating work and personal has been most difficult and finally, when I accepted the fact that it’s not in separate compartments to start with, I had planner peace. 😆 Cheers!!! We’ve got this!

I have a cheap looking plastic rings where I’m storing my daily pages and any other pages I want to keep. I bought a bunch of them a long time ago super cheap. 😁

I completely understand the chaos! I tried so hard to completely try and move into the pocket full time, but so far, I keep gravitating towards the personal rings. The thing is, I’ve been working from home during the summer months and so I didn’t have the need to have a functional planner when I’m out running around with kiddos. Now that school has begun and I’ll be traveling for work, I shall see how the pocket does for me. Will keep you posted!

Printing inserts was never my jam until this year. I’ve had it with trying out so many different planners and notebooks. 😅 I hope you enjoy creating your own setup!! Papers: I use the premium 32lb paper and 20lb copy/printer paper. I like to use the thick one for inserts I’ll have in the planner for a long time like monthly calendars and anything else, the 20lb. 😊

It’s such a great idea since it can easily be carried on-the-go and less space on the desk during work.. but it’s just trial and error. I’m currently adding everything I’m using in my personal into the pocket size to see. 😅

It’s either Gillio Medium Compagna XL or Moterm Luxe 2.0. 😂 it’s getting pretty chunky but fitting everything I need in one planner has always been my dream. 🤪

I print both regular copy/print 20lb paper and 32lb premium paper, but lately printing everything on 32lb. I like my writing on that paper better.

@@Helenistique sorry with the delay in responding.. I am using my pocket rings right now! I still have some things to move over and info but I am really liking it. The only downfall is sometimes I dont have enough space on my dailies but I am trying to figure out a solution. 🤍

@@faithandbulletjournals I’m with you! I would absolutely love to be in a pocket rings for everything if I could. Just because of the size and space it’ll take up on my work desk! Plus, I can take it with me on-the-go no problem. It’s just that I’ve been too busy to make all the insert size adjustments from my personal inserts. 😂
