I am having a very hard time getting my offnova to print on jewelry labels 3/8 x 3/4. In my macbook under printer preferences there is no option for this label size. When I select custom size and input this size it wont allow me to do it? Does anyone know anything? I am printing from my ricochet inventory.

Your guys' Linux driver download for the (4B-2054N) is actually the Windows driver. I want the printer but not if I can't get the proper driver.

I have another issue. I finally got it to work and it was working perfectly fine for multiple days and I was able to print . Now all of a sudden my Chromebook isn’t detecting the printer when it’s plugged in. And my laptops usb port works perfectly fine.
