A tourbillon behind a skull is the same level of complication as any tourbillon, you literally just put a skull in front of it. Same thing as adding a dial in front of it, which is 99% of tourbillons
Anyone who knows anything about watches knows this, but clearly Stallone is just another numpty falling for the RM hype. RM is literally the hublot of the upper end of expensive watches!
