How to draw a pattern of moon crater for textile surface design
This is the first part of a tutorial on how to make imitation craters of the moon from textiles. In the video you can see the proportions, I used a radius of 9 cm for the large circle and a radius of 2 cm for the smaller circle. You can experiment with the size of the radii and get your own designs.

2 ways of spiral gathering: flat and 3D. Shells imitation
มุมมอง 12016 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
As a result of the design, we get 2 variants of the surface formed by the spiral gathering. This texture resembles shells and can be used both separately and together to completely fill the surface of the fabric #textilesurfacedesign #fabricmanipulation #drapingtechnique #drapingcourse #draping #drapingclass #creativedraping #drapery #creative Music: Jeff Kaale - Pancakes (individual license)

This texture can be sewn onto the fabric, or you can make separate flower blanks on the mesh and sew them tightly together to create a continuous texture. Finish the edges of the ruffle before sewing onto the fabric. It can also be a separate decorative element for clothing Music: Jeff Kaale - Pancakes #textilesurfacedesign #fabricmanipulation #drapingtechnique #draping #drapingcourse #drapingc...
Sewn fringe. Textile surface design lesson
มุมมอง 8614 วันที่ผ่านมา
Sewn fringe is a great way to make clothes more interesting. It can be of different lengths and configurations, located on separate parts of the garment or along the bottom line. This texture requires 2 pieces of fabric. The size depends on the pattern, in this example 2 squares. The pattern to be stitched can be made in advance, or it can be based on the size of the fabric sample. #textilesurf...
Curved tucking. Lesson of textile surface design
มุมมอง 1K14 วันที่ผ่านมา
This texture is very popular because it doesn't affect the shape of the garment too much, but is very expressive. The most valuable thing is that creating a pattern is a unique process and can be an original texture on the fabric. The decorative seam can be sewn by hand or by machine (I showed this at the end of the video). The depth of the seam can also vary, and decorative threads or other el...

Do you have a step by step video?
The smocking pattern is in my book, and the drapery version is an idea of how to use any smocking pattern. Some examples of the patterns and how to make them can be found in other videos on TH-cam or my Instagram. I'm still working on the full-size patterns, so they will appear a little later
