Suggestion: when doing push ups bring your elbows close to lats by doing elbow rotation its the best technique for push ups athletes like valentin, calisrama, leevan all are doing it that way and i also red their ebooks which mentioned that. Its just my suggestion you can do whatever u want but for sure it's better (and also u r very strong at just 15 :D )

Dude only did about half the range of motion, basically half reps. He didn’t go all the way down like a proper planche push-up. Still, he’s insanely strong, but it’s a bit disappointing that he didn’t go full ROM.
