I am growing my business, and adding new content and products as I go. This is my first step in the process if the cupboards are currently looking a little bare, but fret not! Soon they will be bubbling over with many new fun finds and great delights. Having just joined in on all of the papery fun over the last two years, I have discovered a variety of new things to make that I do not see anyone else currently making or offering, so I had to make my own, like pirate papers and scrolls, arrrghh! One of my newer fun items that will be featured here very soon along with music notes, grunge paper, no sew ruffles, and plenty of Mass makes..

Flighty Faeries Grounding Grimoire - A New #CraftWithMe Project
Introducing the "Flighty Faeries Grounding Grimoire," my new #CraftWithMe Project for the Fall into Winter Holidays of 2024. I am not setting a time limit on this one because for one, this is my first time doing a craft with me series and two, I don't need the stress and just want to enjoy the process, learning as I go, and sharing the experience with all of you.
We'll be creating writing space, textured aesthetics, and even adding pages in here and there, where possible. I don't plan on over stuffing this journal, but then again, we never do plan on that, do we? I am grounding myself on this one as best I can, hence the name. I need to give myself small challenges like not going overboard, right? I know I can do this, so stay tuned for more updates on the progress, and soon it will be in my new Ko-Fi (not set up yet) shoppe!

Fantastic journal........I love your style!!! Can you tell me where you get your greenery? Your vine is swoon worthy, and exactly what I've envisioned making. There's nothing like this anywhere local.......I mean, hemlock twigs??!! Also, what did you use for the vine itself? It appears maybe florist tape? Anything else I should know? THANKS!
Thank you for your kind comment! For the vine, I used a small greenery vine from the craft store that I had on hand, oftentimes in the fairy garden creation section, some lovely mossy yarn, a long strand of green lace and some embroidery floss for attaching the bells. I will go ahead and do a follow up video on how I created the vine very soon. I have been down with a cold the last few days, but I am feeling much better now. So cool! What kind of glue to you use?
Thank you! I use Scotch create glue stick as well as Art Glitter glue, both glues have different purposes and they both work GREAT! The Glue stick is good for an all over spread, where as the art glitter glue is perfect for precision gluing around your pockets, tucks and folds.
Update! This journal will soon be for sale! It has stood the test of time remarkably well, so it's time to let it go so that I can make more. I have also removed any copyright issues that are in this book that may have been an issue, that I mention further along in this description. I will be doing an update video on this book here in the first week of October 2024. I apologize for my absence, my work here has been on hold for a year now due to my other work coming back into my life full force, but I am back at it, and I plan on updating on a regular basis from here on out. Honestly, I am still learning the ropes and have been reviewing copyright laws and I now know what I can and cannot do. I cannot take photo copies of others work and include it in my own, but I CAN rip out a page from their book and sew it into my signatures. So, in other words, I passed the test including the page from Lady Cottington's pressed fairy book. I did not pass the test sharing Brian Frouds' images that I copied from the book onto my printer cut them out and glued them in. Although it appears in this video, this has now been corrected, update video coming soon. Now, if an image is from before the copyright laws were established in The Copyright Act of 1790, they can be used. This act was updated many times, including a major revision in 1976. This law, as well as the amendments accompanying this law are extensive, so it's better to be safe than sorry when using images. Use the images you know you can from those who have done the leg work for you and offer images on their sites. And don't let any of this stop or delay you from creating, you can always give them as gifts or keep the ones you can't sell, no biggy. There are so many great freebie sites its just unreal, so ideally, you shouldn't have to buy anything online if you know where to look and also how to utilize the site. Digital creators oftentimes use a combination of these images to create their digital printables, which is truly an art all of it's own. They are also very generous with the freebies on a regular basis, which is nice. I don't know if I ever want to get involved that deep, becoming a digital creator, but I am considering it and learning as I go. So far, this journey has been amazing, very educational, (I am finally using math!), and a real life saver... Thank you everyone for your support, and happy crafting! #HappyCrafter #MoonPaperLove

I will do another matchbook notes video, since this one got cut off too early, and it's such a bummer too because this was so good! I can definitely use more of these match book notes, for sure, so after mass make is over I will add this one on to some of the "Craft with Me's" as that is an upcoming and ongoing event for us as well. #MunaMoon has been on top of scheduling everything in and she's really cracking the whip, good boss, just demanding is all. I'm so thankful for this job, so no complaints, the work has got to get done! She makes sure of it. Please chime in with what you'd like to see from me, and also please keep in mind that I am just a beginner, but I am tackling this head on because, well, I absolutely fell in LOVE with paper crafting and am quite fond of joining this amazing community of talented artists. I've used several different sized papers, if you stick to the basic fold pattern, it should turn out the same. I am using basic copy or printer paper

Thank you Susan! The best trick I have found to getting the tape even on both sides is to use a ruler marker or to hold and hover the tape a half inch away from the paper then carefully tape it into place.
