The problem is you think bottom means a line, no it is a zone. Many times stock will remove weak hands. It's only in 2-3 yrs forward you realise what I said is true. Most don't have the pati nce to hold till 2-3 yrs atleast

Debt is the smokescreen that is covering Rain. Rain can pay off the debt easily by selling say its cement unit. They do it progressively to fuel growth with cash and also pay off partly. Debt is good if managed properly. Sometimes you have to look beyond what is shown. Rain benefits from both metals, chemicals as well green energy. Rain's subsidiaries are a MOAT. They hold strategic advantage of holding all important subsidiaries in Europe & America. There are many more things

Unfortunately, the Management of Rain is so conservative to take risks and change fate that nothing happened year after years. A billion dollar debt is a perfect weightage, which is crushing down. They can sell the cement venture and liberate themselves, and remain focused on core competency, but .....Big no.... Caviate tracking Rain from 2017.
