      200 billions are worthless in a digitalized currency economy. And despite what tou wrote the western world only supply Ukraine with outdated equipment ( still way more performing than Russia's). For the "arms black market" argument, feel free to provide sources of seized contraband arms frim Ukraine, nowadays it's Russia supplying houthis and Palestinian through Iran.... But we both know you won't answer because you're a paid agitprop account, maskirovka being the only measure where Russia is half competent at. ;)

  • @arthurriaf8052
    @arthurriaf8052 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    In America people buy homes to live in first and as an investment second. A rich person may buy homes to rent or for seasonal use and rent out the rest of time. In China the system of buying is a drain on people and highly inflated. Buying a home that isn't built is stupid and when it fails to be built, where do you live or go to sell it? the system is wrong and is a Ponzi scheme. In 2008 in America, people that went upside down buying beyond their ability to cover the mortgage caused a mess. That self corrected and now there is more spending and buying in common sense levels.

    In China in 2008 around 70% of the people in their real estate markets were buying their 1st homes in their cities By 2018 around 70% of the people in their real estate markets were buying their 2nd and 3rd homes in their cities That’s why you are hearing about problems with their property developers these days. Because back in 2010? Their Central Government started cutting of money flow to these developers. Thus why you heard about Shadow Banks and Underground Economy back then, that their Government had to come into to shutdown or regulate. Even then, It took them almost 14 years to get their overheated real estate under control Heck they were about to introduce a nation wide property tax, but then trump started the trade war in 2018 Why is their Central Government doing this? Because there are still a few hundred million poorer rural folk they still expect to move to the cities to join their more well off urban city folk countrymen. Problem is these property developers were building higher end homes, and not building the affordable homes these rural migrants will need In China Owning a home in the city you migrate to? Affects your employment, heath, education and even marriage prospects Thus the common prosperity push and the crackdown on the overt displays of wealth in China Their Government probably figured out you disenfranchise the people at the bottom of your society they are the ones most likely to act out in protest Unlike here in the west where we are going the other direction

    I think a housing crash will happen because all those people who bought homes over asking price, although it was at a low interest rate, they are over their heads. They have no equity if the housing prices continue to go down, and if for whatever reason they cannot afford the house anymore and it goes into foreclosure because even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I think this will happen to a lot of people especially with the massive layoff predicted for the future and the cost of living rising at a high speed.

    I’m hoping for a crash, I’m probably one of the last holdouts to buy a house. Without knowing all the metrics, I could tell, in many markets, you aren’t getting close to the value you’re paying for in a home. $500,000 for a basic 3 bedroom in Reno or Boise? Yeah, doesn’t take a genius to realize there’s a bubble. Think I’ll take my chances and wait.

    This is a totally different situation as compared to 2000's. People can actually afford the homes they live in right now, at least most of them. Inflation is real. The housing market is increasing with inflation. As soon as wages compensate for the inflation, the housing market will see increases again. I think there are artificially inflated prices on homes. You can thank corporations for snatching up homes to rent and use as investments to clean their other investments. There should absolutely be laws against corporations being able to buy even a single home. This is the entire reason the housing market went nuts again. And it was not your average American that did this, it was the banker class that are addicted to finding the frayed ends of the law to exploit and destroy.
