Great question! The mini session creator allows you to effortlessly create a mini session schedule for a day. You are prompted to add the preferred duration, the gap between sessions, and how many sessions you want to have per day. The mini sessions schedule is automatically generated. You can also duplicate the schedule to other days. Meanwhile the full session option allows you to create intricate schedule in line with your offerings and availability for a longer time period, ie. 6 months. Hope this helps!

Yes, you can! Make sure to add manual payment as a method. Once you create the invoice, select the option to share the invoice via direct link versus the email sharing option. Afterwards, this will bring you back to the Invoice view inside your dashboard. @@Pixieset It would be cool for the scheduler to include multiple calendars. For example, I have a gmail account for photo clients that I strictly put only photo related items on.. but I have another gmail account for my personal life. When I’m scheduling for photoshoots, I need to see all my calendars at once to make sure I don’t double book between clients and personal events. It would be awesome to be able to add multiple calendar accounts as well as view the calendar Also, for the website.. basic edit controls when uploading photos for the site would be a hugeeeee help. I mean flipping and cropping of course. Right now the focal point tool is the only one I can use to try and arrange the photo to my liking but it could be so much better with a crop and flip tool! Edit: to add, it would also be cool to have an option for smaller subtitles/captions below photos like you see on newspapers or magazines.

How do u apply a new preset without destroying the hard work on the current one?

Yes so some of us photography volume photography like schools, private schools, sports like cheer, dance studio, soccer headshots and so forth and events where individuals will want to buy pictures but only have a few shots so lets say 20 max and presently each person would need there own gallery to get keep things private. Look at software like photo day or got photo for example, this is a huge market and part of what I am trying to build but I don't want two software interfaces or expenses@@Pixieset is great would be amazing if they added such feature!!

Hey Hannah, thank you for reaching out with your questions. For invoices, you can offer a discount to a client. Here's a quick tutorial on how to do that: help.pixieset.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405494009357-Adding-Discounts-and-Tax-to-your-Invoices. For the booking site, while there is no options to offer a discount, you can choose to collect only a partial fee during the booking process, plus can provide your client with multiple payment options (by card, paypal, cash, bank check, etc). It all depends on the payment options you have set up inside Studio Manager (more details here: help.pixieset.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405410058765-Setting-up-Payment-Methods). @@Pixieset I saw those options. A partial payment doesn't work when I'm wanting to offer my clients a discount code and let them use it for their bookings. So for a booking there isn't any discount option unless I don't accept payments and then I have to track who to give the disount to and then I'm sending them a separate invoice and they can't put in a code there, I have to apply the dicsount. So, is the option to provide a discount code and allow my clients to apply it to bookings and invoices going to be a feature coming up?

Hey Judith, thank you for your comment! To turn off Store inside several collections at once, you can use the Bulk Edit feature. Fore more details check this article: help.pixieset.com/hc/en-us/articles/14455557524877-Managing-Multiple-Collections-with-Bulk-Edit Regarding downloads to mobile: since Gallery Downloads are delivered as .zip files, not all mobile devices are equipped to open them due to differences in operating systems and features. The best option here is to have the client download the gallery to an existing Google Photos or Dropbox account using their mobile. Alternatively, they could utilize the Single Photo Download option for select images to be delivered as .jpeg image files to their device, rather than a .zip folder! You would need to turn on single photo downloads for the Collection, and your clients could download individual photos right away! However, we will be sure to share your feedback with our product team so it's on our radar as we work on the next batch of updates for Client Gallery 🙌

@@Pixieset they have single photo options too but it saved in their files not photos for some reason which created too many steps. For single photo downloads it would also be ideal if they did not open in a new tab to be saved it just feels a little too inconvenient (this is the feedbacks I got from my client yesterday)
