Yeah, we’ll see. Maye easily has the least amount of development compared to Caleb, Jayden, and Bo Nix just based on their collegiate careers. I’m super excited to see how this plays out, hopefully he can handle the constant pressure coming his way

He has had some accurate throws , but his pocket presence and confidence isn’t there, it was better than Jones last year. Also if the O line can’t hold pressure or create running lanes that’s a problem too as The Pats do have a decent running back nut there is no where enough offense especially with Jacoby as QB!

Jacoby hasn’t played god awful, and he’s taken care of the football for the most part. The offensive line is generationally bad, but Jacoby at points hold on to the ball too long, and he also has missed a good amount of throws this season just because his arm isn’t that good. He’s averaging 174 Passing Yards Per Game which is 27th most in the league, and he has the 28th best QBR in the league at 38.9 as well

I think Bill coached well for the most part, except like you said when he was playing conservative. Which he’s been doing since Brady left, you can tell that he essentially babied Mac in his rookie year especially in that 1st bills game. I also wouldn’t advise playing Mac Jones on an ankle sprain and risk injuring it further either… At the end of the day we are a run first team with 2 pretty good running backs and rely heavily on our defense. Zappe also did get a decent chance to throw the ball on that 3rd and 5 play in OT and if I recall he did under-throw a pass to I believe Kendrick Bourne. I don’t really believe in moral victories, but to put up that good of a fight against the Packers with a 3rd string QB was pretty shocking.

Yup I vividly remember that game sadly. There has been multiple of those games every since Brady left, like Week 1 against the Dolphins last year where Harris fumbled in the red zone after we just basically needed to run the clock out to win the game and eventually lost that. Which is why it just makes it so much sweeter when we win now because there not as easy to come by now without Brady. We did win 10 last year thought and that was great.
