My Horror: Splatter Punk Horror Book Haul 📚🤮
Sorry couldn't drop by. Monday morning. A work day.
What did a tribe do to the conquered tribe? Exactly
It was Abe Lincoln..it was Andrew Jackson...stop read Howards Zenn and his false account of history..hes not a historian
I read about this in bury my heart at wounded knee … I will continue my research on this topic, I very much have missed understood what I was reading . What’s in the book is a whole lot of information to process
Cant see the words because they are behind the TH-cam words. So dumb the editors
I put the information in the description because I noticed it would have been covered up a little bit . I do usually put the words at the top but I really want the Indians in the picture to be seen as much as possible.
I've heard a ton about that book, I really have to read it sometime
It's unfortunate what happened, but such is the way of human history. You can't get mad at the past, especially not conquerers, because then you'd have to be mad at everybody.
I agree with this, but we must not forget the past we can only remember and learn from it.
Im enrolled in Leech Lake Indian Reservation.
I was never on a reservation due to my tribe not being federally recognized it’s only state recognized. What is it like on a reservation?
Did you press "go live" when you recorded the livestream? Did you press the button where you state you wanted it to be uploaded to TH-cam? I don't know either. All I can think of is you might not have pressed certain settings.
I didnt mean to start arguing w/ that guy. I meant to complement your earrings and wish you a relaxing halloween!
Thank you! You too!
Youre as white as white gets, why are you claiming native american?
what is a "native american"? how can someone be "native" to a land when they were migrants from Asia?
A naive American is a person who is indigenous to the land now known as the United States,
@interviewwiththeraven1673 i wouldnt bother with him, thats v likely trolling or he's perpetuating weird n@zi propaganda
@interviewwiththeraven1673 that doesn't make them "native" to this land....
@@sin7368 dude shut up
We were here before everyone else came over here from England it takes a quick google search. There is major history about Native Americans and our culture
Stella getting so big!
Cute little 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕❤️ 👇🏻
@@seannahughes7674 thank you she is a 1 and a half year old Yorkie and she is my entire world 🥰
😂😂😂 omg less then zero 0️⃣ that’s just to funny 🤣
@@flygulfstreamg650 if you are referring to when I said I may be half naive or a little less naive American, yes my skin color is lighter than most natives , I take after my mother who as all my family says was Casper the ghost white . And you should be ashamed of yourself to judge me based on the color of skin . There are a lot natives that have lighter skin color .
Beautiful love this ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Native pride ❤
This is great, but... the pictures are moving around so much, it's kind of hard to see them!
Gorgeous ❤❤❤

Excited
Love your bookshelves!
So cute to see you that excited about your new books😂😍 and also so glad that you are back again
Thank you!! 😊
How was it?!
Watching your video now. I just learned about splatterpunk as a genre and was curious what people though. Gonna admit that someone saying "of course its a man" who wrote the book is almost an immediate red flag but I'm gonna give the rest of the video a shot. I'm going to assume that these books vitriolicly upset you. . . which is kinda the point. That said this is clearly a rant and you wanna talk about it and how depraved some of the imagery is held within. Anyway did you read more splatterpunk or were these just it?
Yes I have read a few more splaterpunk books and to be fair about the of it’s a man who wrote this comment I did drink a lot of Prosecco that night and the video was unplanned
@@interviewwiththeraven1673 You are completely completely COMPLETELY fine. I knew that this entire video came from a place of "I gotta fucking get this out. I'm gonna say some really hyperbolic stuff right now." Honestly if it wasnt for the fact that I came from an extreme gore background I feel like if this was my introduction I would have had the same reaction. The books completely unphase me because they are so over the top most of the time and the intention is to be as upsetting as possible, I'm unphased as a result. Somehow splatterpunk got me back into reading. That's what I'll give it. I wasn't like "Now I'm going to read nothing but gore and be messed up." Instead I finally found my passion back for reading. I found I want stories with more substance instead of just "And then this messed up thing happend to this guy and it was IN HIS BUTT!! OMG. And then THEY DID IT WITH A TOASTER! Whhhaaaat, creazy." The summary I guess I'm saying here is that I ended up enjoying well written thought provoking work as a result of something from dirt if you will. All of this reminds me honestly of a very silly, very specific episode of South Park called "Scrotty McBoogerBalls" where the boys intentionally write the grossest book possible. Thats it. Every single splatterpunk book just reminds me of eric cartman sitting at his computer and giggling as he writes the most gross thing he could think of. I know that's also an extreme generalization but how can I feel when literally every other page describes something or someone in a demeaning way? I could literally write a book (I might as well) and just call it "Popper" or "Zit" and its just about some weird obsessed guy with acne and describe in ways how he likes to chew the contents of acne. Right? Like dart board the story with random things and boom, you made splatter punk. Will it make money? Who cares? Its upsetting. You'll forever be in the analogue of splatterpunk because you wrote the book about the most vivid zit eater of all time. You win.
I loved this series when i was a teenager
Always wanted a kindle, also another good book series i always enjoy are the yearly printed Farmers Almanac
Impressive collection 😊
Thank you 😁
Women do actually write equally disgusting things to this.
I see the bookmark is still in "that" book! Have you DNFed it?
I temporarily stopped it . I am just a mood reader so with me reading that genre of books back to back like I did I needed a long break from it
The most revolting book I have ever read was COWs. I have never reacted so much when reading a fictional book. These 2 books on my reading list. I hate my morbid curiosity.
Oh man. Please cut it out with the eating sound effects. I almost threw up on myself while driving.
Good lol
“Of course it’s a man” Grow tf up goddamn
I just finished SOS. What a disgusting and awesome book. Still like the first one better obviously.
Listen, these books are horrid, but your energy and how you were talking had me cackling.
SA as a plot device is so weak, and also, the amount of poop is concerning.
Wow, I just learned about Aron Beauregard today, and, judging from this review/ reaction, dude seems to be waaaayyy into poop. Goddamn. I can do blood and guts, but not this. That's some horror in a different type of way, if you catch my drift.
The mouth noises 😭
I’ve read both playground and Slob and I would have to say at least those came with a satisfying ending that leaves a little sliver of hope but this book…this book leaves no satisfaction in the end.
Ahahahahaha you drinking that wine is such a mood with these kind of books 😂 so glad I hear these spoilers so I don’t read them
You Need 2 STOP READING THESE BOOKS OBVIOUSLY YOU CANNOT HANDLE IT YOU WAS NEARLY RIPPIN YOURSELF BALD FROM ANXIETY OF THIS BOOK YOU COULDN'T EXPLAIN WELL CAUSE YOUR SO SHAKEN UP BY A BOOK YOU HAD NO BUSINESS READIN AND CANT HANDLE IT YOUR TALKING SO FAST CAUSE OF ANXIETY RIPPIN OUT YOUR HAIR AND MUMBLING CANT UNDERSTAND NADA GO 2 CHURCH AND GET HAIL MARYS AND PRAY 4 YOUR SOUL CAUSE THIS BOOK YOU LOOK AND SOUND CRAZY AND ANXIETY HIGH AS HELL CAUSE YOU COULDN'T HANDLE THAT BOOK ALL THIS MANS BOOKS IS 4 SHOCK VALUE HES DEPRAVED DEEP DOWN AND THATS SCARY FOR A HUMAN BEING MIND 2GO THERE ABOUT SHIT💩 AND SHIT💩 EATEN AND RAPE AND RAPIN DEAD BODIES AND KILLIN KIDS AND SOUNDS AS HES SEEN SOME ELITES DO THIS TO SEX AND HUMAN TRAFFIC VICTIMS THEY LOVE 2 EAT SHIT 2 IN THEIR UNDERGROUND RITUALS IM SURPRISE THIS HAS NOT BEEN MADE INTO A HORROR MOVIE HE HAS STOLEN ALL ASPECTS OF HORROR GENRE OF CANIABALS AND DEEP IN THIS MAN MIND IS DISTURBING READ ALL HIS BOOKS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME FILTH OF DEMONIC READS AND DEPRAVITY THEY CAN ENJOY THIS NOW BUT IF THE 9 CIRCLES OF HELL IS TRUE HE WILL SEE HIS WRATH HORRORIBLY JUST LIKE HIS BOOKS ARE DEPRAVED AND DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING 😈
I definitely won't be reading those books i can take some gross crap but those books take it way to far think it's probably also safe to say that the author's mental state should probably be questioned while it could just be a case of lets just go really messed up could also be talking about the authors mental health. Also you should probably stay away from reading baby in a blender haven't read it myself but I've heard enough about it to know i would get sick reading it's short but has incest and baby eating and etc
