Not mine the original builder is tomi1sh but I redecorated it to my liking and I’ll be redoing the whole house for Christmas, that’ll be up soon ! But props to tomi1sh amazing build on the house

Hey bestie! You mentioned that you were starting to have issues with lag, correct me if im wrong but it looks like you dont have Nraas. Nraas has helped me a bunch when it comes to lag in the sims 3 specifically master controller it allows you to reset the whole town which can helping with stuck sims and routing problems to my understanding. It may also be worth looking into something called Regul save cleaner basically it cleans out certain files that are not needed in the save file its been a really big help for me! Acottonsock here on youtube has a really good in depth video on how to make sims 3 smoother. You could also check out thesims3 subreddit which also has some really useful stuff! Hope this wasnt too much to read and was useful in some way. If you already have these things then just ignore my comment. I really enjoyed the video though keep up the good work!
To add to this too turning off things like memories in the game can help reduce lag and save bloat. There is a mod for this also.
