The property used to be in better shape when I was able to do more. Now, with Albert working mostly alone, it's fallen behind a bit. I'm not sure about Halloween yet. We're both beat from all that (plus bringing all the plants inside for the Fall! We're on day two of doing that. I am working an idea for a project I want to hopefully get done by Halloween. It's a gothic church windows (with bats) shelf unit. I went along with Albert to his friend's house. His friend pointed and said what it was. We were both like "COOL!" (of course!). "You want it?," he asked Albert very seriously. I saw it and said "POND!", LOL! It's been sitting there down in the yard since then up until the deck was just completed. Now just waiting for Spring to put it to a happier use....

Yeah. LOL! Before my strokes, I used to do a lot more outside. I offered to help with the deck, but he was afraid I'd be more of a liability than a help.

@@goatmaxful Yes, he was a son of Morgan Morgan (he had a lot of children). No crest that I can verify but I've seen several 'associated'. So many well-meaning people find crests with the same surname on them, and assume it's their family. I've not gone that deep in my research, but a lot of name adding.

I really see it most from the teen years to now. I had wanted originally to do the video chronologically, but I couldn't tell! LOL! I'm happy how it turned out in the long run. If the birthday girl's happy, I'm happy!😊

We should really be having more blooms, but a lack of direct sunlight is preventing this. Cali HAS grown! I wanted a smaller lap dog. Right now she'd cover Albert and my laps. She is about 1/2 ft taller than when we go her and growing...

Cali is growing very fast! I had counted on her staying smaller. Well, at least she'll make a good watch dog.

Runes are an old version of ancient alphabet, mostly used for headstones and sacred texts, they are used today for divination (fortune telling). Mostly known in their Nordic form, mine was made in the Celtic rune form, which is less commonly known, and more expensive to buy. Mine were made for half the price or less of a set of Celtic runes found for sale.

Thanks Jill! Luckily, Ogham runes are fairly easy to make compared to some. I knew I wanted a greenish tint to them, and I was lucky to get that color, with all the colors I mixed together. I was going for that greenish tint some cut logs can have. Oh, that's alright, spouses first! I hope he makes a speedy recovery! Luv you too!

I do too! I have the Elder Futhark, Witch's, Greek and Egyptian. The Ogham has been one I've wanted for a long time, but is expensive when you can find them, so I decided to make my own set.

Thanks Kim, yes she has been growing! I know they make special treats, but Cali wants what WE'RE having, lol. A surprising amount of people food is bad for dogs, so we're really careful about that. Reeces Pieces has a small amount of chocolate, so we limited her to just two small pieces of it. We wouldn't have, if it had been pure chocolate, like M & M's. We often give her carrots to chew on as a snack, which she loves, and we buy her a good brand of dog food. But she eats everything she can get...sticks, plastic, even rocks! LOL. We just figured a very, very small amount of chocolate wouldn't hurt...they're mostly peanut butter.

Thanks Thomas! I know, right?! I just sometimes think people get tired of seeing my small area that I'm limited to, what I think of as a 'playroom' for my plants and crafts.

Thanks Kim, it's just a bunch of random facts I've learned over the years. In my next video doing a craft project, I found myself explaining some of it that took up a chunk of time away from the project. I decided to do an educational video to cover some of it. I see people on numerous other videos making the wrong conclusions (seeing a regular pentacle and saying it's demonic, for example), and knew I needed to address it.

Thanks Theresa. That was what I was trying to do, to make a video that was touching at times, light-hearted and funny at other times. I guess it worked. ❤
