actually tarkin runs the death star not vader, he's just palpatines whipping boy..... also the death star had over 500,000 civilians on board running shops and malls ect...... check your star wars lore..

It makes it much funnier with a animation I laughed my head off I couldn’t stop laughing I actually found a different lego version of this on my grand parents old windows xp machine the problem with that version it cuts after death Vader says death by tray it shall be so I had to google the full version and I found this and I just couldn’t stop laughing
