My ancestors were farmers in Gujarat and traditionally used natural farming methods for pesticides and fertilizers, The cotton seeds were fed to the cows and buffalos and also used to extract oil for cooking. Then came Monsanto and they ruined everything by contaminating the soil and the harvest! 😡

Bayer has no solution for the problems their products, methods, and attempts to cloud scientific publishing with junk science, have caused. Petrochemical Agriculture nearly wiped out all terrestrial life. The word Rhizosphere doesn't appear a single time in this entire discussion. The attempt by corporations like Bayer to replace the Rhizosphere with a petrochemical alternative that could be patented and used to exploit the vulnerable while undermining those same vulnerable people's means of seeking an agrarian lifestyle or operating a family farm is at the core of not only global threats to every terrestrial ecosystem, but to the climate itself. The largest piece of the human-carbon pie chart is Industrial Agriculture. Bayer helped cause the climate crisis and actively prevents recovery by continuously poisoning billions of acres of land with petrochemical "solutions" to problems those same solutions created in the first place. No amount of DEI derived investment will repair the harm Bayer and other companies like it have caused to global Life itself. This media should be deleted and everyone involved should be forced to get a face tattoo of the standard toxic chemical sign. Because they are all toxic, and they shouldn't be able to pretend they aren't. How about Bayer releases a complete assessment of the total biomass they are responsible for annihilating over its corporate life span. A real account of every gram of living organism that Bayer is completely and unequivocally responsible for destroying in the name of patenting the foundation of all terrestrial ecosystems for profit. Because you add up all the life on every acre of land, dug up, gassed off, and poisoned to prevent recovery, and all the impact that inability to recover has had on all those acres of land, Bayer can't even begin to settle their ledger of global destruction. The fact that this company is allowed to continue existing is an affront to all Life. In my humble opinion.

How To Improve Soil: 1. Plant forests faster than you kill the microbes in soil ( mega farming is parasitic ). 2. Forest Farming is far more sustainable ( 3 rows trees, 1 row crop, 3 rows trees, 1 row crop ) ( all forest year after year regenerate nutrients into soil with leaf matter and provide partial shade to crop to reduce heat stroke and less use of watering); maintaining moisture levels is key; not drenching soil. 3. Loom/Silt/Sand equal mixture soil is the perfect condition mixed with moisture retaining clay ( most nutrient rich clay is deeper clay returned to the surface ) 4. Clay trenches throughout field filled with rainwater maintains moisture. Algae muck is also good to add to leaves before winterizing ground until next harvest season next year.

PASS INTO LAW: 1. UBI of $3,000/Month ( tax free up to $36,000/Year ) for every American to eliminate labor exploitation, workplace usury, manipulation, extortion, abuse, and workplace health hazards. 2. Livable wages of $30/Hour and up to all Americans ( regardless of education ) that MUST stay 3% higher than rising inflation permanently into the future until inflation elite machanism becomes extinct. 3. FLAT tax of 3% to all working individuals regardless how much money is made per year. More money made = more revenue into public fund to maintain a healthy and happy society lifted up equitably at same time! 4.
