Yah a lot of this was just hoping the guards didn’t continue looking at my direction. The hardest part was when I first entered the building the chance of not getting seen entering that door was very low

@@icarusgaming6269 it seems there’s more to this games combat then I was aware. I don’t think I know what special counters are. I do normally switch weapons a lot more but I wanted to do one weapon for each section. I’m ngl I only use the short blade for throwing knives I haven’t really practiced all too much with it.

@@FarazIFM I mostly just think of the short blade as a backup weapon with throwing knives so you don't have to switch back to sword again once you're done with ranged combat. When you get a really long counter knockdown like a 4:51, you can mash either attack to turn it into a special counter kill, or more importantly legs to turn it into a special counter knockout, each providing one shock and awe token. Knocked out and injured enemies of course can be ground stabbed for *another* token. If you want to be stylish, start your chain, then return to the knocked out enemy midway through to refresh your token. You can use this to get away with up to three shock and awe kills without needing to release high profile for more weapon balance and flashy action cam moments

@@FarazIFM That was too late. Learn the animations and start mashing earlier to make sure you get it on the first available frame

@@brandonmarcum9654 I finally figured out a technique for the combo kills and I’ve been using them non stop for the clean animations. Basically I do my second attack as soon as I hear the metal clash on the first attack. I honestly prefer ac1 combat to ac2 but maybe that’s due to not having as much of an understanding of ac2 combat

@ honestly that’s why I always have volume on, ac2 combat I like too, I mean has a lot of depth with fear chains, tools and different kills but it’s too slow for me and it doesn’t seem like there archetypes aren’t that responsive than first one and ac3- rogue where there a more of a chance of dying faster

You can find this on TH-cam but there’s a way to remove all your armor in brotherhood by going in to a memory as soon as you start the Brutus armor unlock cutscene (i think that’s what you do) and now that you are armor less you would want to unlock the seusenhofer armor from the shop using the crafting materials found throughout the world and Romulus lairs and purchase only the shoulder pad and bracers

@@rorymcnamara1 as someone who lives Sly Cooper discovering ac was amazing especially the focus on stealth and movement

@@joseortizreflects yah doing these forts could be frustrating (if you’re trying to do full stealth) cuz one guy will see you from a distance and drop everything to walk towards you instantly and if you can’t break line of sight quickly the whole fort is alerted.

@@thatsaweirdone yah I got a little worried at the end and basically improvised a solution. AC3 isn’t forgiving when the ssi turns red.

@@rorymcnamara1 I think I like jumping back and forth between missions and games for variety. I also haven’t been finding time for choreographed videos so I’ve been doing casual stuff. I hopefully will do another higher quality before the release of Shadows. I appreciate that you enjoy my stuff tho especially since I’ve taken a break to focus on classes 👍

@@bernuollifurmuoli5330 I really like it. If you like the Kenway system and want another city to do parkour in (I really like the layout of New Orleans) and play as a different protagonist it’s really cool. I think the downside may be the story not being super gripping

actually I got what the problem. when i hold caps lock and r (its my high profile button) game (and system itself. maybe because keyboard maybe because windows :D) don't count w. so i can do vault only in right left and back. so i just gonna do you some activity on channel. cuz its cool video. love you bud

Yah I’m doing it on a controller so I’m not too sure with how the buttons are layed out for controller the high profile + armed hand button is vault

@@joseortizreflects yeah definitely I found some creative uses for my tools. My main complaint was that you get rope darts so late so I feel like I was somewhat limited in terms of kill variety.

@@FarazIFM Yeah, that was my only complain with BF's arsenal as well, that and the fact that I can't aim and throw smoke bombs.

@@joseortizreflects ya I only used smoke bombs twice in this cuz not being able to throw them kinda sucks especially cuz you can throw them in ac3

I think it does mean they’re about to attack I’m not that knowledgeable about revelations combat compared to others but that’s what it looks like. Ngl I always thought it meant they’re regenerating health but I don’t think they can do that in this game.

@@FarazIFM Hey, I wasn't expecting a reply on this older video! I appreciate it. And yeah, I just figured it was a "attack incoming" indicator like in later games. Unity for example, the enemies' health bar turns red, and then gold to show the timing for a parry, so I was just wondering if the combat is the same in this game.
