Our parts are test fit before production and made from as close to original as possible materials. Items for sale and our complete catalog is available on our website www.gasolinealleytoys.com. I love the old toys that were made in America. I miss my large Tonka and Lionel collection. I started collection postwar Lionel again after I sold everything off 8 years ago.
There's something so special about those classic American-made toys-Tonka and Lionel really are timeless! It's great to hear you're diving back into collecting postwar Lionel trains; they have such incredible craftsmanship. Do you have a favorite set or piece you're hoping to add to your collection?

Need the tru scale windshield for C series. Is anyone gonna make those again and how about the 61-62 structo pickup windshields, can a supplier be found to make those also. Trying to find old ones that are decent is getting tough.
Our advice would be to check with Thomas Toys and see if they have any left- we are in the process of evaluating what parts we should make going forward and how to produce them with new 3D printing technology, so we can't say for sure right now if we will be making them or not, but we will certainly make a note of your request!

I think as time goes on we see a younger audience of collectors, some like the older stuff and some are doing what we did and collecting things from their childhood. It’s interesting to watch how the business changes over time.
