Eu acho uma pena que hoje não valorizem tanto as transições entre as barras. Elas geralmente ficam muito na barra alta e fazem apenas uma transição por ser obrigatório. Tá cada vez mais parecida com as rotinas da barra fixa masculina

O feito de Nadia acho muito difícil alguém chegar, o 10 perfeito e em tudo ninguém tira dela, ela sempre será a melhor de todos os tempos pra mim e não importa que os tempos mudaram ou que falam que hj em dia tem mais dificuldade e coisas do tipo, nada disso muda o fato da perfeição de Nadia.

Nadia for flexibility and extension; Biles for power and complexity.

Nadia was always so smooth and fluid while doing extremely difficult moves especially on the bar, and beam! Bikes is good and strong but wobbles a lot and makes a lot more mistakes than Nadia and others before her, like Corbett and Mary forget her last name, she was all around Olympic gold back in like 2000 or so...

They are both amazing gymnasts but I prefer Simone’s build as Nadia looks underweight to me. I want to feed her up but Simone looks like a healthy weight to me

Times have changed, The Era define the Skills at that time. Nadia at they time was number one, she did it with grace and pose... I will never compare Nadia she was a genius in Gymnastics in her Era no one could be her. Simone Biles Era Werk girl. I am literally glued to my set, paralyzed in motion until you land. Just can't do anything, literally Frozen. She is an American Classy Act, Brilliance, Style, Grace , And Posed... I can't get enough of her... The one big difference I see of the two Mega SuperStars ... Simone Biles is still doing it close to her 30 , This is where they differ... Amazing athletes in the gymnastics department I'm super proud of both of them!!!

It's like apples and oranges. Gymnastics has changed so much that it's not really fair to compare these two. Both are the GOAT, for their time in the sport. Just my opinion. No haters, please 😊
