The Tunnel of Love Tour was incredible.My wife and I saw Bruce and the E street band at Chapel Hill Dean Dome. Danced the entire concert. I was so wore out I barely got home the next day to go to work.

Deserves a million more views. But amazing how well he still does it in 2024!

I had the pleasure of attending this concert. It was part concert part revival. Felt like a spiritual/religious experience. The energy was unreal. Bruce and the band are so connected to each other and the audience. He works himself to exhaustion. Leaves everything out there. His eyes were shut for a lot of the time. Like he was in a trance. I had never heard this song before this performance and it instantly became a favorite. I will never forget this performance. It was the greatest live show I had ever seen. Did not want it to end.

I saw the Tunnel of Love Tour in Bremen, Germany. In 1988 and I was 23 Years old. It was amazing. Never forget it ❤❤

This tour in my opinion marked the highpoint skill wise of the band.They were so tight after so many tours and recording tigether.They did some cool versions of songs and seemed to experiment more..Im obviously not saying it was their best tour because it definitely wasnt....I mean Darkness and BTUSA are two of the greatest tours in the history of Rock period, Right up there with the Stones in "69 & '72 Zeppelin in '73 and '75.The Who in '69 to name a few.The band was playing at such a high level that they had to stop for a full decade to let everyone else catch up

Bruce was indubitably aided on his road to fame by having the excellence of the musicians of the ESB, but the reverse is true - the ESB benefited from Bruce’s strong frontman skills and his songwriting skills. Together they were and still are unique. How many in the audience pause to remember that this song was part of The Rising LP which was written in response to 9/11. It is great sing-along to, but Bruce has the audience in his hands and can quieten them easily so that the verses are not overwhelmed by their enthusiasm. Rule on ,Bruce and the band.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

As usual Bruce’s cover is excellent. I remember the 1963 recording by the Phil Spectre group The Crystals.Iit takes me back to my teenage years. I wonder if Bruce and whichever group he was leading sang it in the clubs of Asbury Park. I can see him singing it there with all the girls going wild! I love these old songs.❤❤❤❤❤❤
