Polly, I have your Workbook #1 and I am not sure what dress this is from that book? Can you describe it? I absolutely love what you did with this beautiful dress. Do you show how to sew the pearls in between the smocking on the bodice like this? I also love how you incorporated another fabric on the top of the bodice and the sleeves as well. When you explain about the thread work on the puffed sleeves to make the gathering, I forgot what it is called again, is that just a back stitch to gather the bottom of the puffed sleeve? Thank you for your answers to my questions.
