Welcome to the channel! Call me Grim. My intentions with the channel was to find people with a common interests. I’m a solo rider and grew up figuring things out on my own. So here I am recording videos on how someone with minimal experience and skills works on his bikes and other projects. I’m always up to learn new things to feel free to comment on how I could do things better. Thanks for visiting the channel everyone!

First time learning stick shift, and my thoughts a year later.

As you can tell by the dates I mention in the video, this a very lot upload. Ive been recording a lot since then actually. But this is a short video of what happen to the miata. This is mostly a video from my first time learning to drive a stick and my thoughts about the miata a year later. I'll try my best to upload more often, but i have a lot coming to the channel. I just need to get my lazy...

I'm still alive, I have videos lined up. Just having some "mental'" issues I'm trying to work though to have to motivation to finish them. Regardless, thanks for watching everyone! Better, and longer content on the way. As always Music is By, "SteamBeats" They make awesome background music.
First time on a Liter Bike! (BMW S1000RR)
มุมมอง 2.1K2 ปีที่แล้ว
No, I don't go 190mph down the highway. Or feel 100% of the power this tuned super sport has. I'm coming from a light muscle cruiser to the possible to top 3 fastest liter bike on the market. Everything about that bike was exceedingly aggressive, crazy fast, and very, very sensitive. All I can say to really sum it up is, I want one. Thanks for watching everyone. Leave a comment, let me know wha...

First time welding, the magna gets a solo seat!
มุมมอง 1912 ปีที่แล้ว
Sorry for the delay, but thanks for watch the video. Doing all the editing from my old phone makes things difficult. But I still have video coming so stay tuned. Also, I’m fully aware of the many mistakes while practicing (hurts to watch now). I finally have someone very skilled teaching me in my free time. I’ve been doing more welding since this videos it’s been about 2 months now. And with th...
Magna maintenance 2: A “simple” oil change and where I got the bike

This video is finally done. It was holding me back from completing other projects for a while. But I DO have the magna back on the road and more motovlogs coming soon! Thanks for watching everyone. This isn’t my best work by far but I needed to get it out of the way. Songs by stream beats. I love using this mans music, look up his stuff on Spotify. Follow me or not on: GrimsVenture ...

มุมมอง 1302 ปีที่แล้ว
It was too cold to do anything outside. I wanted to test some new camera stuff, so here’s a 3 year old Borderlands 3 Sanctuary III modle, I spent 300$ on. Just a filler video to let y’all know I’m still here. More bike stuff coming. Maybe some shorts as well. Cutting some weight off and I finally got my new seat!

How is it as slow as a 1.6d?
0:28 - Mine comes loose too, found it down the other end of the cable doing nothing the other day 😆 Must be a Magna thing
Working on a 78 Toyota hilux currently. basically the same size truck but a longer truck bed for Hulling bikes and other gear. update mane!
This rare gem shows what it's actually going to be like if I do this myself. It's not just the service manual in video form with some extra helpful tips. I can do this!
Hi, hey so all cool vids man been watching for years , bought my 98' V4 in 2014 . I'm wondering how you got the clutch brake arm to go down into casing we let it come out too .? thanks ..I thought you were Do It With Dan lol..You have the same tank , did u get idea from him ? We just changed anti freeze on my bike , pLugs , cARBS, idle needles , and I need to deliver this to my 88 yr old friend Lee , lol dudes 5'4 at best . lol I can't get this clutch arm back in right for the life of me lol. Thanks for the info :) . YOuR BIKes LOOKING Great too :)
I really appreciate it, and yeah took some inspiration from him on the tank. I plan on painting it something different this year, still want to keep it black and white though. As for the clutch arm, I recommend motosport.com I use them for detailed diagrams of every part of these bikes. They’re incredibly useful, best of luck!
Oh cool sounds great man , Mines yellow/ round magna decal w/ black fender ghost flames .....So I got the top arm w/ the spring to go in right after I pulled the pin in the rear of casing , buit my son put it back on and I can get any clutch to work ,, any advice was working fine beforewe replaced the fluids ,, I seen vid where the pin sleeve in the back hasto slip over the arm stud sticking out of the motor ,, he must not have it in there right ..
Updates with the magna?! I just bought a 97’ for 1000$ basically just like you buttt a lot more miles. My owner put 40000 then died. Went to his son but he never road it and it was abandon for a few years. Now I have it and it’s been fun. Love from Vegas! ❤️🩹
I have a large project planned for the magna. I’m currently rebuilding a truck to free up room. But I’ll upload soon again.
Hey leo do you remember me i watched your lives on twitch i was callled brown twig
Leo why have you stopeddd streaming
I want to stream again. Anxiety gets the best of me, it physically hurts. But since you asked, I’ll be on again Saturday/ Sunday. Good to hear from you.
@@grimsventure4439 yoooooooo great to know your up for it ❤️
So the coolant reservoir on the side doesn’t need to be touched? Just pour the liquid in the radiator
Check the radiator after letting the bike run a minute. Top the radiator off. Then let it run again and fill the reservoir as needed 👍.
What shocks did you use? What fender is that bc i want to change mine too.
I bough progressive shocks. If you search for 11” VF750 shock you should find them for sale on eBay or Amazon. Still use them, still like them. I got rid of the fender since I’m currently working on installing a single sided wing arm from VFR800. Hope this helps.
I'm trying to find info on what can be done as far as changing the rear fender. Let me know if you have any suggestions
@@dylanreynolds4899 If you’re unsure, get a cheap plastic fender you can cut to shape to see what you like. Then get a metal bobber fender for a Honda shadow. That’s my plan for it.
15 32'S HMM
Hello, maybe it is not necessary to change all the liquid ?
Where’d you get that seat bro??? Love the bike
larosadesign.us they make fantastic stuff, but they sell out quick. Thanks!
0-60 in 1 to 2 business days
Thought my 08 Altima was slow
Not even close
Are we there yet ?
I’m a couple days we will.
Glad that you healed up brother. Yes avoid broken bones at all cost.
I now have a little permanent damage, but I’ve avoided more broken bones since.
I WAS LOOKING FOR A METAL FENDER AND A TRIUMPH TAIL LIGHT,.....i WOULD NEVER SCREW WITH THE HANDELING,....LOWERING IT COULD RUIN THE TRACKING AND balance,...You might go around a corner and where something touches the road it spins off the road. Or you go around the corner and crack the throttle and the centrifical force of the engine cracks your head on the pavement. I guess people will do what they want,...to make a bobber, or scrambler that's not me,... I'm more vintage.
I was fully aware of the cause and effects of doing this to my bike. But this is a bike a never plan on selling and wanted to do and learn everything I could on it. Any information people comment I always try to retain for the future well, so I appreciate it. Everything is a learning experience.
@@grimsventure4439 Well its your bike to do with what you want,.....people do it all of the time different people like different styles of bikes and it ain't like they would ever sell the bike you want new.
I’m also planning on getting a la Rosa seat for my magna! What size did you go with? 13 or 16? Great looking bike btw!
Thanks, and I went with a 16. Hope you can find something you like. There stuff sells out pretty quick.
And what did I learn don't ever go back to that doctor.
That whole hospital is used tube socks. Not very good.
Thanks love the video. Will use the info for my 95 Magna
Thanks, hope you have better luck than me . Haha
it's like watching myself learn it all over again haha that was my first car, so i'm sure you only wore out the clutch as much as i did i've got a 4runner of about the same vintage nowadays since i plan on moving way out and i need a bunch of space to haul stuff, but whenever i find a place to settle down i think i'll sell it and buy another one of these because i sure miss the top down cruises
Knowing how a clutch really operates helped me a lot. My only gripe was with hills. But I got a MK1 coming to the channel next. Working on a lot of content atm.
I use the middle too but try to alternate hand positions. Nice Magna too!
I guess some habits from my old zx-6R are hard to change. And thanks!
Where’s our update grim?
I made a few videos since then. But never uploaded them. Plus some major carburetor issues with the magna. Also bought a truck since then. This gives me some motivation to upload and start working on the channel again.
@@grimsventure4439 I got me a 96 I’ve been working on for a while and was looking at other fender deletes for inspiration when I found you. You didn’t go the route I want to but it was still entertaining
@@maddendearmon1270 I’m still wanting to add a small fender at some point. But fixing the massive gas leak is priority. Best of luck!
“Good three oofs and it’s on there tight. Let’s call that spec.” Is this bike still alive? Or has it blown up lol
Not running but not blown up lol
What seat is it? And did it come with the bracket?
La Rosa Design. I do really like there stuff. This seat might be discounted but you can check there website. And yes it come with the bolt washers and brackets. But I’d suggest making your down bracket out of thicker material.
Sell the bike. This is a warning from the grim reaper
i did about, 2 years ago. bought 2 more since
I dont know but this video gives little nostalgia maybe its because i used to ride with my brother
Used to? why stop if you dont mind me asking.
thanks for showing all the particular difficulties involved.. LOL
Wouldn’t know what “not” to do till I do it myself, haha.
Thanks for the vid it gave me the confidence to get the same done on my 94. Love the white walls too what size/brand are they? Need any mods to fit? Thanks and stay safe out there brother 🤙
Thanks man the channel is a lot of figuring thing out on my own, and there Shinko 777 white walls. The only issue is the front tires are a little tall and the front fender will rub ever so slightly. But other than that, they’re good for casual riding but not long distance I’d get Michelin otherwise.
@@grimsventure4439 awesome thanks for the insight I really appreciate it man
Is that the Magna 750 man?
It’s absolutely is.
@@grimsventure4439 Beautiful bro
Much appreciated. A fuel line broke on it yesterday, so I have another video to make I guess haha. Painting the tank is next as well.
@@grimsventure4439 I'm buying one Saturday so I hope to get it looking nice too.
One of my favorite bikes. FYI no fuel gauge. And millage is around 100-120 mpg.
Ughhh
3:55 that carmax is where I sold my Z 😢
Good. Glad it’s gone, now get a bike. 🐌
Thanks for watching, and leave a comment on what you thought! I’m pretty good I’m responding to everyone.
It's Joe!
Looks fun!
It was something lol
What brand of shocks are they?
The ones I bought were a brands call MPOI. Manufacturer number SH-105BHFXDWG10 if this helps. They bolted straight up. After a year of driving. They ride great. A lot stiffer. And I recommend shortening the front as well.
@@grimsventure4439 thanks… I am going to do a poor man’s lowering on the front for now…
That’s exactly what I did.

Looks good!
I may have taken longer on this video than I should. We’ll ride soon though. Currently sick.
That punch to the camera was damn near a jump scare
I enjoy videos like these keep them coming 👍
Much appreciated! Got a lot coming!
the plastic see through coolant reservoir is on the right side inside the removable plastic body panel cover directly below the seat.....thats how I check and fill it.
I’ve found it since this video came out to make sure everything was correct. Thanks though. This isn’t really a how too channel. More of a watch me figure it out haha.
Hey that’s a great video, you got the job done, I learned how to do the job, and I got a good laugh!! Perfect
Rekn it's the same for the 250 magna
I was a actually trying to find a 250 magna as a street fighter project. They’re almost impossible to find here in the states.
My son is a police officer and a prisoner went wacky .Of course his hand broke . He had a plate and pins put in. Please be careful
It was my first broken bone, and I’ve only broken one finger since then. My line between having fun and being carful runs thin most of the time on bikes.
Post more maintenance videos! They are great.
I have another coming hopefully Saturday night. Once I get the bike road worthy again I’ll be post more.
Haha thanks so much for posting this man! I laughed pretty hard when the coolant shot out at you. Was not expecting that either!
Thanks, these are fun to make. Working on another right now, but work and doing all the editing from my phone takes me a bit.
What exhaust is that??
Jardines drag pipes
Let's go for a ride soon!
Absolutely! The bike is a little “apart” but absolutely soon.
Jokes on you, pain can kill you ;)
I mean if I got shot I’m not going to think the same thing lol. At that point it’s “I NEED TO GET TO A HOSPITAL!”
