Great podcast. I love the reminder that "our happiness comes from within" and being the witness and also that everyone's on their own spiritual journey. Thank you, I love the podcasts and looking forward to the interview with Dan Millman.
Gr8 podcast ladiees! Oprah just did a podcast with Mel Robbins about her new book titled Let Them. Mel's story tells a great way to just Let Them....
Would be great to see more videos like these explaining EM techniques. Loved the detailed explanations of all the wake ups! Thank you!
Hi Lauren and Blaine, loved your conversation. 32 years already I am a Soroptimist ( whom you ,Lauren, give your clothes to sell) and I served in many ways in our community, and worldwide for a better life of women and girls. And I also for years organise for xmas with my students to give basic toilet articles, warm socks, gloves etc. some sweets ,coffee and food for homeless people in a nice material shopping bag, so they can carry their stuff afterwards. It is always a joy as my staircase fills with these "sacks". Many blessings and love from Ute (Germany)
Love this and I did it with you and will do it more because, yes, my inner critic could really benefit from quieting down or being silent. Thank you!
Lauren you are Authentically You! I heard that interview and your intro and my reaction was feeling your joy to be doing what you love
I love how much you bring your insecurities to light. Learning how calming our inner critics to become authentic is an amazing gift to discover our unique joys. Thank you both!❤
Thanks Sunny for that view! I really appreciate your support!!
You guys are the BEST!!!!!
Thank you!! So awesome to get such fun feedback!
What a great podcast. Thank you so much.I am going to get this book
Thank you, perfectly timed to listen to this today. I've been in the emotional ups and downs so much today and this helps so much, to know I'm not alone in the emotions of things. Blaine, thanks so much for sharing and Lauren too. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for these Monday EMYoga Podcasts ❤ The droplets of podcasts are reaching an ocean of individuals watching or listening via technology. Happy Thanksgiving thanks for sharing ❤

Enjoyed hearing about your favorite books. I need to make more time to read. I love that you, Lauren, mentioned The Mists of Avalon. I read that one over 20 years ago. Reluctant that it was so thick, I didn't trust myself to read it. I read it and loved it. Loving the podcasts. Thank you❤
Thanks for the comment. And for also loving the Mists! Such a great book. I hear you about making more time to read...
Hi Lauren,hi Blaine, this was so interesting for me, when Lauren spoke about babies. I was born shortly after the end of WWII 1945 in Germany, and food was so scarce that I was totally undernourished; in the first year of my life I had three times pneumonia, was not able to sit with one year and never crawled, as I was told later. I am so glad, I found EEM 2012 to work on myself, hoping that I could make up for the damage that might have happened at that time. I know, that not crawling might damage the hip function. Never in my life I could sit in lotus or even half lotus. Thanks again for your talks about "energy works" . I am also proof that it works. Blessings from Germany
Hi! Thank you for your comment, and I'm so happy you're healing. Blessings! ~Blaine
These are all so great. Thanks for sharing. And I love em yoga❤
Thanks Anita!
Thank you for the reminder that we do live in a "loud world." I am reminded of going to the silence. Thank you!
Thank you for your comment Dawn. Yes, silence is so healing. ~Blaine
This was great! Thank you so much for continuing to share. I'm so grateful for having the opportunity to do the teacher training w/Blaine last fall and to keep listening and learning. I really like the "tuning in to the vibration in the bones" when we thump, and noticing the state before and after, and how important it is to "listen for the quiet beauty of information that is cascading through every part of your body".
Thanks for the comment Anita. I'm so glad you did our training too! ~Blaine
Thank you so much Lauren and Blaine for enriching the pieces of this practice with their intricacies! Amazing amazing amazing
Thank you for the positive comment and for listening! ~Blaine
I have so much gratitude for these podcasts. Thank you for providing me with a powerful tool to present to my senior students why and how i healed on all levels using EMYoga.
Thanks for being such a vibrant part of our community Gina!
The genius of EMYoga is transformative on all levels. I encourage viewers to share this forward. ❤
Thanks Gina!
I finally am back on track with being online and catching 2 weeks of EMYoga! I love how you have similar but varied approaches. I had monkey brain last night after I got up to pee. Palming TW didn't help. I find I always wake up refreshed even when I've slept less than my 8 hours. I wake up 6am no matter what. Love these poscasts!
Thanks Gina!

Very good video. You’re so personable, Lauren.❤
This is a sweet video, Lauren.❤ And I have every one of your books!🎉
Thank you Lauren!❤
Blaine, around 24:50 you said “if you’re watching on TH-cam you’ll see”…. But there’s no “moving” video on here… What happened? What’s the disconnect…? I would LOVE to see actual video on these talks/Podcasts!!!❤
Wow! Just… Wow! It’s a LOT… I’ll need to listen a second time… And maybe a third.😊 And I’ve put her book on my wishlist!❤
Thank you for the great podcast! I loved the discussion around setting an intention to go to bed at a consistent bedtime, while also adjusting our daily routine (meals, exercise) to support it. 🙂
Thanks for commenting. Yes, there are definitely a few pieces that have to be worked on for consistent great sleep. ~ Blaine
Hi Lauren, I really loved this interview. I’ve seen several recently and this one inspired thorough answers to thought provoking deeper questions!
Thanks, will try some of the tools you suggested. I usually take a long time to fall asleep and even though I go to bed at 9pm I don't think I fall asleep until maybe 10-10:30 and lately wake at 3:30. Would love to get more sleep. Fingers crossed 😴
Thanks for the comment. Let us know how it goes.
This is wonderful!❤
Muy bien! Me encanta tu voz!
This is inspiring story
I look forward to when you both conspire with the course. May I suggest Ainsworth Hot Springs BC? This was a powerful podcast. Thank you both ❤
People think they are the character. Using a video game analogy, We are the creator and the player. NOT the character in the game. We are looking through the eyes of the character so people think that's what we are. Return to the being the player, realize we are not who ever your name is. "OR" You are the acter on a stage believing you are the character. When you die (step off the stage) and remove your costume and look back at the stage you will realize you were the acter, not the character all along. Thank you so much, yous are awesome!
I bought the Tapping Book when it first came out, now i have it on top of my pile to read starting today. Thank you to Lauren, Donna and David for this podcast! ❤
Dear Lauren, Dear Sebastian, The Maker of all Life and Redeemer and Saviour for anyone who trusts Him, Jesus Christ+His greatest and finished! Work of unddeserved yet free Mercy, that He out of Love for us gave His sinless Life for us sinners, so that we can be forgiven and reconciled with God, through His Mercy allone, not through our own Works, sollely HE is able to lastingly quench the Thirst of any human Soul. + ♡ 🤍 <3 Jesus loves you too and invites you to speak with Him in yer Heart at anytime as you would to a good Friend, for He never denies anyone who trusts Him.
Thank you so much for this incredible interview! I loved the questions, responses, and insights. I look forward to many more!
Thanks Gina!
Great podcast on Intuition! The metaphor of 'tuning in' like the old radio dials resonated with me. I can imagine how to seek that exact vibration and connect in with my Intuitive self. Thank you!
Thanks for commenting Dawn. Yes, it's a great metaphor. Thanks for being a part of our show!
I have been learning about energy medicine and practicing it for about 20 years but am enjoying these posts so very much. Lauren and Blaine explain these energy concepts in easy to understand language. Keep up the great work ladies.
I love learning how everything has merged to this moment of EMYoga.
