Hey Cameron, have you ever heard of a app called "Scribd" ? If not, i highly recommend you and anyone reading , to download. As the name implies, it is a basically a database for any and all kinds of documents on any and every subject you can imagine. There are hundreds and hundreds of downloadable docu., templates on every subject you can imagine that a sovereign would want or need to know. I found it alot more than searching youtube sitting through hours of vid. Now i will say for those just getting into this subject its good to start out with guys like Cameron here and Brandon J Willliams or Christopher Howell. Its an endorsement, and what you have done is given that negotiable instrument over to the bank and mortgage compaies where they put their signature on that( open check) and turn it into the Federal Reserve window, which is given upon application from the Fed Res., to these lending institutions,and allows them to take that now [e]ndorsed by you, an open check basically, paid to the order of bearer, which is then [i]ndorsed by them and exchanged @ tne Fed Res window for fed res notes(cash) which the bank then records as a profit in their leger. Then they turn around and loan you the money. This takes liability off them and on you and they dont show any risk, because the debt was paid in full already before you made your first payment. This is how banks operate w/o a cash reserve. Its debt money (Fiat money) that gold sig is as close to real money as you'll ever get.

As for the deceased child. Does their portion automatically go to their living children? If the living 3, sale the home. Does a portion of the proceed from the sale go to the deceased sibling's children ? My great grandmother left her home to her 2 living children Sam and Liah. Sam and Liah are now also deceased. My grandmother Liah had 7 children, 5 are decease, 2 are still living. Sam had 2 children both are still living. Sam's 2 and Liah's 2 living children sold the home. Do they have to split the money with the nieces and nephews ( kids of Liah's deceased children? ) In other words... Do all the children of Liah's deceased kids get a portion of the sale because their parent is deceased? Or should all 4 living kids split the sale?
