Useless….
I need to change my door seal im guessing the way he yanked it off isnt the correct way as how do you the get the inner metal ring around when re fitting the new one..
All i want to know is how to get the front PCB out without pulling the whole machine to bits. I know it can be done, but no one shows how to clip it out in any videos 😕 😢

AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH No proper ending no proper explanation what was wrong!!! Was there ever an explanation anywhere!?!?

Great video my good sir.
How did you remove the top?!
There are 2 screws ( one on the left side and one on the right side)
@@pauld3327 how did you remove the screw covers is the more precise question
@@DenisGeorgiev If you are unable to remove the screw covers you can just drill a small hole in the middle of them and the screw covers will come off when you unscrew the screws.
@@pauld3327 I removed them with Stanley utility knife I didn't wanted to damage them, but that seems impossible
How did you take the top off?
On my W1, there are two screws under white caps at each side of the lid. Pop out the lids with a fine flathead driver. Screwing these anti-clockwise slowly moves a catch apart inside, on that side of the lid. As you screw, keep trying to lift the lid. When the screw is halfway out, the lid will lift free on that side. Be careful not to totally unscrew it. Repeat on other side and lift the lid away.
14,000 rpm ?? No need for a tumble-drier!!
I like your attitude. Its the story of 'everyman' trying to build a house, making mistakes and trying to solve problems with an endless list of 'things to do'.
Tekrar eski haline getirebildimi🤫
How did you get the top lid off so easy? Mine is stuck!!
Top lid has 2 screws on the side which are covered flushed with round covers (dimples).
Seems nothing has changed for decades
Thanks for the video. I have a couple of questions if you don’t mind! 1. Why the concrete and blocks in the centre and not another row of screw piles? 2. Why the chicken wire and fibreglass instead of insulation board? Cheaper / quicker? Is it a similar insulation effectiveness? Thanks again!
Quick question does some water not much stay in the seal at the bottom.
no stainless steel flange :(
A cat that watches FFF on YT , kin excellent.
way too much work if you want to clean the drum properly by removing it when several cleaning cycles doesnt clean it...
I watched this to the end but what was it about? Was it meant to be a repair… what??
Please tell me what's wrong with the machine
Needs a trampoline covered in 5 year olf Chutney

Hii, Thank you for your information. Could you please let me know how did you remove the top cover . That was not explained. Also the front load cover. I am looking for information to shift my washing machine from one tiny room to another room. I hope washing machine does not get spoiled if I only remove the washing machine front cover and the top load because door is very narrow.Washing machine model is Miele W 4146 Softronic.
So nice my fire (:-)
All that good work but look at the mess in his loft
Thank you for the sacrifices. Very informative. WDA110 F138 error: tilt to drain trick.
I have the W1 twindos that I bought in November, so it's barley 3 months old. Went down to put in a wash and it beeped F138. No water on the floor until I tilted it, a few cups of slightly suddy water came out. Not acceptable. I faffed fixing my 12 year old ecobubble and couldn't be asked anymore, but looks like I'm going to have to try and find out if there is an issue with hopefully a loose hose or something easily repairable and non-concerning. Really not happy at all, was sold on the "tested for 20 years of use" and I barley get 3 months without a concerning issue from a £1000+ machine. I also never received my cashback from Miele. Kind of disgusting to be honest. I'm lucky as I was intending on getting a Miele dryer and dishwasher, but no thanks! I will be looking elsewhere.
year of production?
didnt really understand some of it but the constant verbal commentary made it all make sense
Was the important message from a Stinker in Wiltshire?
Has the post man got a new dog yet?
Very sorry to hear about the postman's dog
Like Andrew Camarata, but wood based 👍
I knew a damn good chap who built one of these. He buried his Go P under it accidentally, the D.C.
What ladder did you use?
Beautiful Tonk! I have two girls and I super love them🥰
The cat is adorable!
disclaimer: don't put cats in miele washing machines.

Which model is this? WED125?
Where is the cast iron weight?
It's the black spider on the rear in a cross pattern and the back cast iron along the edges on the front of the drum
@@Audios81 yea I got it before. Thanks for advice. I bought WED125 finally few months ago.
As far as I know Miele have changed the design of the spider since that machine was made, they have returned to using a steel spider at the back of the inner drum instead of the alloy type seen here. If you look at the more recent machines the pattern/design when you look into the drum is different, the centre has a hexagonal shaped nut pattern.
i hope mine the wcr 870 wps has the new spider
@@JIMDP25 th-cam.com/video/JCRjmuoshKM/w-d-xo.html
That's not an alloy spider. No idea where you got that. It's a cast iron spider. Used for durability and counter weighting as well. Miele has NEVER made a machine with steel or aluminium spiders. Full stop. Asko is also the only manufacturer to use stainless steel spiders which DO NOT corrode like aluminium, which is what 99% of other machines use. Miele and Asko are always the only two brands that use stainless steel inner and outer tubs. No one else does.
@@JIMDP25 all Mieles have a cast iron spider. Every single model regardless of price. No idea where these people are getting steel or aluminium or any other alloy. It's 110% cast iron spider for durability and counter weights.
You can also see the CAST IRON counterweights on the front of the tub as well. Never in history has Miele used aluminium or steel in their spiders or counterweights. Others use aluminium spider which corrodes easily and also a plastic or polymer outter drum/suds container. And others use concrete counterweights on the front which crumble and break apart over time.
I was waiting on you cutting through one of those live wires. I lost that bet.
What's wrong with it? Was waiting for you to say what at beginning. I had a Miele for 1 week and didn't like it, got an LG instead.
I think a break of Miele Drum Spider ( between the bearing and its support )
@@edcash6357 Thanks for your reply and I was very curious to know. :)
