I’m the new middle school basketball head coach at SIMS! This is my first year coaching this age group. I’m excited for the opportunity and that my girls and school trust me. This is our first home game. We lost 24-18 but my girls worked really hard!

I know that feeling. But I’m sure your doing everything you can to love on them. How long have you been loc’d?? Honestly I rarely did anything to mine. Didn’t retwist often or anything. I did spray rice water and apply rose oil on my scalp a few times every other week. I can say it does help with hair growth.
