I have some tips to get a keycard easily 1. Pickpocket someone and use the trampoline to escape 2. Raid prison by putting guns in your cell 3. Camp for camping cops and kill them until they drop a card (best way to do it is fake that you're gonna rob bank and wait for the cops, hide and kill them)
