Never knew i needed an answer for this
I am using Toshiba 3008A Model. Recently I saw a straight line on the margin level while I am using RAFD but direct printing it is ok. Could you please help me to find a solution?
I would say it is most likely a small particle or lint on the slit glass since it is happening when copying and not when printing. Take the small cloth provided with your machine and wipe off the slit glass to clean it. Don't use any cleaning solutions. Then try making a copy to see if that resolves the problem. If not, call your service provider. Best of luck!
