Isaw alot of workers there in daytime i dont think its completly shutdown who knows tho they night just tear it down

The real fun is down at the dredging factory on Ross Island, just take a kayak or rent a paddle board to go see what I mean. Lots of equipment all abandon no surveillance and no way of stopping you
