Yes greasing

20 mm gap is acceptable because recommended clinker size is less than 1 inch.

if its not conveying required material then check your conveyor pitch if its pitch is high then material not conveyod properly.

It depends upon shill thickness and V cut we made for joint at 45 degree mostly. After V cut we joint it through welding and it welding thickness almost nearly equal to shell thickness for proper joint. For example it shell thickness =50mm then welding through Gouging process is approximately equal to 40mm.

Normally chairpad greasing done twice in a week and also it depends upon migration of tyres. Graphite bars mostly used 6-8 in a tyre for proper greasing of Chair pad.

Why kiln girthgear is in inlet side ,not situated in middle or outlet side??

@@jparida1996 Girth gear position depends upon design of system. Also placed in inlet side because from inlet we flow material to outlet side. So always Drive system installed in that position from where you transport the material flow.
