What size are the leaf spring mounting bolt holes? Looks like the small holes for the mounts are 1/2", what about the larger holes?

I just bought a 96 2 days ago not running for $400 Of course the guy had no history of it and with that kips pin it wouldn't surprise me if I run into the same issue..The bike is a wiring mess everything has been cut and spliced with electrical tape and having to figure out what's bad now.. don't get stopped by the DOT because the title has to be sent in and changed and you have to be certified to do frame work on trucks. I had a guy ask me to do some frame work on a truck and I looked into it and turned it down, he got someone else to do it and a month lates it got inspected and since it wasn't done the legal way he scraped the truck and if you do anything like this for someone and something happens and say it kills someone you are as responsible as the owner of the truck so for advice you really need to think about what you do before you do it

I have a 92 KDX 200. Great bikes. What year is yours ? Any mods ? Fun bike that’s for sure. I’ve have milled the head to bring it up to spec , carb. Bored, fmf pipe, trail porting , run’s really good.

What's the shortest you can make the frame. I'm looking at doing one with a norstar or CM flatbed.
