I have two weeks to learn this process because I’ll be doing two hotels back to back. I normally do HWE but they’re dealing with musty odors from flooding so I opted to go vlm to not reactivate the odors with more water.

Dry stripping is much faster and you get better results with dry stripping because you don't have to worry about making a mess with the water or using a wet vac and all that stuff you can just vacuum it or sweep it up and apply to rinse and then wax easy access just dust mop and sweep it up
