Buddy you need amperage!! Use a dc welder. Give em a few good quick boils then let them eat on low amperage for awhile. Check and if it still not fully good pop them again with a DC welder. 50amps is plenty!

People are saying it's a bit easier to get to if you take the tire off, then get to it from the top.

Another temporary fix you can do to those two big brasspins. Take a small Dremel wheel and flatten out the end of those brass pins so you can get an 8 inch drillbit to start and you drill into the end of that right in the middle for about a quarter inch or so which throw all the brass filings out into your dialect silicone and those little chunks of brass make the connection if you don’t get them straightening out for the next time, you might have to drill another quarter inch that’s why we only drill the quarter inch the first time you can get away with this a few times but for some reason the brass filings do tend to disperse overtime. Funny as all hell but I’ve got sick of buying those pin kits so I just soldered copper eyelets on both sides fed them through holes on either side of my area where there would be a fog light if I had some so the connections are 6 inches apart and can never touch not to mention they’re only hot if the internal solenoid is engaging any plow movement.

higher cranking amps needed in the electrolites you cant just put any electrlites in there it might be enough only for amp hours for a tripple a battery its hard to find the conversion table and most batterys wont label the amps needed and its told that amp hours are different than cranking amps [not true] when they refurbish batteries even they dont use the right cranking amp to save about 2 dollars and they buy a bulk of low amp fluids/ it took me many hours just to find the conversion chart you go by you can get up to 1500crank amp for 225 ah for a solar battery but for a car battery i would check the yelow tops [best car battery ]crank number amount listed on the label and then shop for that amount of cranks in the solution of electrolites [hard to find ]1500cc ctx= is the way they list my 200 amp hour battery acid

It would be nice if there was some good info like if you are willing to remove all the electrolyte if there is something you can put in to remove the sulafation and or if you need to charge it in reverse or something i mean baking soda is just going to neutralize the acid but i don't think it does anything else
