I got gtx 1650 with 75 hz monitor and i get good fps should i upgrade to 120 hz or 144 hz bcs i mainly get 144 fps ican get higher but i prefer 144 fps so i dont decreaase performance

i have a 1660 super and same cpu but i get only 200 fps in battle royale
