Is there anyway to print TCCs, not only the device settings? Thanks.
Sure. While your in the Star mode, on the TCC that you need, you can push the print button. Make sure that your paper orientation is portrait.

How to I add a voltage regulator from the AC device toolbar. I can't find it there
ETAP does not have a "voltage regulator" component in their library. Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you may need to do some manual approximations.

Etap 20 device duty evaluation for 1-phase is greyed out (disabled). Please advise how to do the 1-phase calcs.
What screen capturing software you have used to make the video and how the audio is recorded?
I've used TechSmith Camtasia. The video I record with a Sony HD camera. The audio I recorded using scarlett 2i2 USB and a condenser microphone, Shure SM81. This is not your typical microphone, but I have it from my music recording days. Hope this helps.

I haven't used any books for ETAP as the software comes with pretty good tutorials and help. If you have a particular problem you may want to call ETAP's help desk.
