I just went from a Rav4 to a 2022 Versa. The Rav had a cover over the oil filter making it difficult to change your own oil. It's good to see i have easy access to the oil filter again. Ahhhh.

This is exciting! I just got myself a 2020 nissan versa sv. i'm a toyota person but i think I dropped the gun too fast and this is what i ended up leaving the lot with, lol i'm grateful though, its the perfect car for me. all glory to god! No annoying engine covers either like on other models. Versa is a dying bread of DYI simple maintenance and repairs! Oh and no GDI, correct? Out of all the years doing oil changes even on my '87 and '94 Sentra, I've never replaced that copper washer, also, never had any leaks!

I have the same car with an automatic transmission. Did my first oil change at a friend's place who had a cool hydraulic lift. I used the same oil catch pan/jug and had the same results, lol. Due for another oil change and that friend is busy so I got some ramps, and a better catch pan that I can drain into smaller jug for disposal recycling. Thanks for the video, your dog is pretty cool. What kind of pistol is that in the door pocket?
