Nice job! The metals look dissimilar. The swing joint looks cast. What filler metal did you use?
Grab yourself a creality pad or a pad7 and run klipper on those printers. Will save you time since will double the print speed and will remove all the ringing etc in prints with input shaping.

Fuck yeah! Homemade Turbo style! if you can find bigger injectors that fit (i used dsm injectors in a honda) then you can use an Apex'i SAFC to tune it. The safc will cut the map voltage so the ecu sees less air, so it opens the injectors half as much, but since the injectors are bigger you'll still get enough fuel. The ecu won't see boost, either. i had a 91 Civic (1.5 sohc) running a t25 to ~12psi...20 years ago 😅

How did you deal with your evap system?
Never had any issues with evap, I deleted it early when I did front bumper and left the lines venting to atmosphere
@@WatsonFabrication nice. I was curious how something like evap that is supposed to see vacuum starts getting boost. Delete it. Got it. My turbo is on the way.

@@WatsonFabrication well turbo is on. Running 3-4 lbs of boost. Still waiting on injectors. Seems to run fine. Did a 20 minute freeway drive. When the boost starts kicking in the Jeep drops the afr to 10.5 - 13. Cruising with no boost 14.75. under hood temps are crazy though. I'm gonna put a turbo blanket on it and do some exhaust wrap to try and bring it down some. Probably go a step colder on the plugs too. Got a good size intercooler but intake piping still gets pretty warm.
