A Tinkers Damn

A potentially whimsical, sometimes serious but hopefully never unsalted assortment of my non-work projects from vacation, household maintenance, family, and personal projects that I find are worth my time. The goal in these videos is to show the trip from inception to conclusion from an experienced but not necessarily educated approach to get something accomplished.

Decorating Christmas 2024
Enjoy watching us overcome challenges and get a functioning yard to light up. Let us know how we did and if there are any suggested decorations we could add next year. We try to theme the yard a bit more classically but are not adverse to some changes.

Chilkoot Lake 5-20-2017

We hiked in to Chilkoot Lake at roughly 7400 ft elevation in late May. We, includes Katherine who unwittingly became videographer for a few moments and did a fantastic job. It was very enjoyable and relaxing (sort of) to get away for a couple of days. I think this needs to go on my itinerary again.

Thank you Richard, it is a lot of work, it is worth every moment of putting it together when I see the neighbor kids aweing over it and getting pulled back onto the sidewalk by thier mom or dad.
