Avondale AZ, 20 miles west of Phoenix near Westgate Entertainment District (where the Arizona Cardinals play) Taylor Morrison homes is building the massive new community "Parkside" starting in the mid 300's. Looks like you need to look for a new state to buy new homes in.

This is a lovely home and well priced for The Villages. Congrats to the seller and potential buyer! Hubby and I agree that best home values are in the older areas, especially homes with no bond. This pretty home obviously has been very well cared for. Makes us think about relocating from Tampa Bay to The Villages!

That area and Polo Club will be dug up for gardens for food to eat when the pensions and ss go away = Gone with the Wind soon - why are you all not helping the youth in this country instead of golfing, sitting your fat asses on the beach and gorging in restaurants (soon to close)
