You can defs sweat out toxins, sodium and all. That's why some people with high sodium diets or processed foods will have saltier sweat. In her cause unfortunately she's just plugging her sweat glands with coconut oil and it's cause it to do more at once while still being blocked by coconut oil. Cardio and lifting no matter how light is slightly different. One is burning calories One is burning calories AND building muscles. So as you said building muscles is one way to combat loose skin, the autophagy from his fasting also helped as well I’m sure. As a community, we shouldn’t throw out something just because there are previous studies that could disprove it. We should study it somehow and see if there is any merit to it, because I’ve found a lot of studies are mostly biased OR not all inclusive. So correct, but just a piece of the puzzle that may help some. Who’s to say there are not other pieces to the puzzle? He was working upper and lower body and I’m sure he cut his calories as well.
