Hello and welcome. This yoga channel was created with the intention of inspiring people of all life stages to become strong, flexible, and resilient in BOTH body and mind. Working as an Ayurvedic Therapist and yoga teacher trainer for three decades has allowed me to observe how the physical and spiritual practice of yoga can invigorate the body, calm the mind, and awaken the spirit. I have certainly relied on yoga to carry me through busy days, challenging moments, health crises, and emotional turmoils. It is my hope that I can share with you the various aspects of yoga, from the physical practice to the integration of yoga philosophy, that have been such powerful allies in assuaging stress and eliciting calm in my life and the lives of many others. Whether you're looking to optimize physical strength, enhance flexibility, settle an anxious mind, connect to inner wisdom, or simply unwind after a stressful day, you will find all the tools that you need here.
