Brushed electric motors are utterly obsolete for RC cars/trucks/aircraft. If you can't afford a modern, hyper-fast RC vehicle, save your money until you can afford one, instead of buying yesterday's slow technology.

Nice restoration job mate. I have a tl01b which I ran at the first 6 iconic revivals at the A1 track near Grantham and it proved to be a very strong, capable chassis. As of late it's been resting up in the loft however as I've been running a tl01 in the stock class of the iconic cup of late, thought I'd give the baja champ abit of a revamp looking at doing the Revival at Bingham next year. You definitely need to use longer shocks as it gives the chassis more ride height which you'll need if your contemplating doing the Revival too! Also I would recommend running the core-rc 15t motor along with the Hobbywing 1060 and also a fan mounted above the motor to keep it cool. Other than that, great job and looks good. 😊👍

Recently botched a GR Yaris body paintjob for my M-07, spent weeks (and lots of body cleaner / fumes!) trying to clean up the bleeds (due to my over application of PS-31 smoke, which lead to black backing and smoke running down and ruining the paint) then I finally gave up and got another one last week (well, a M-05 Yaris kit...) today I'm doing the decals for the second time...

This was a great day! On a nice sunny morning in the centre of town and so much acceptance and joy. The fog horning preachers were mostly ignored by people -we were having too much fun!

Can you find parts for this model ? How reliable is it ? It can fit lipo batteries in the size of a standard hard case lipo batteries ? I like the appearance of this model and I like the 1/10 buggy as a style and I want to buy it. I ask you because is the most recent video I have found. My money is very limited that's why I ask and I want to buy it if I can do the things I asked for.

I completely restored mine last year, all as standard. Got mine in 98 I think. Love the baja champ, thanks for sharing your restoration

Next time, put some time glue on the sides of your front tires. The outside. That prevents that you roll. One other thing. You or someone else lets the steering wheel loose. That is what i hear. Never do that, you loose control over your car and it is harder to correct. Try to steer smoother. You steer very agressieve. Good to see that you have fun. That is the most important thing of the hobby.
