Lol, it’s fake bravado. They have massive chips on their shoulder which permeates in a false bravado. Say anything about scousers to a scouser and they lose their minds. They can’t take a joke so are always on the front foot getting jokes in first so no one makes a joke about them. Look at Carra on the overlap, if neville mentions scousers you can see the anger and defensiveness in Carra immediately. Whereas if you said the same to Nev, he wouldn’t be arsed.
