Jim sure does keep coming through when it’s time to deliver. I would have fired him over and over by now and I would feel that was a sound decision. However, the one thing you just can’t argue with regardless of the means, is results.

This episode made me dislike Bethanny. Sorry, but could she really not think of anything better than "it's time for Tide to go"? Haven't watched this since it first aired but anytime I see Tide to Go in the stores, I picture people screaming "It's time for Tide. It's time for Tide to Go". And did not watch this video but still picturing it in my head.

I was never really a fan of Martha Stewart's. I mean, I didn't not like her. Just could take or leave her. My mom loved Martha Stewart. From the cooking to the crafts. And this is one show that we both watched every episode.

I really thought although Bethany doesn't come across as likable, given her performance throughout the season, she should have won. She faced more adversity and went through more, given her teammates and rougher style, however she had more weighted achievements.

You got to hand it to Jim. he really pulls through. He's like Dennis Rodman. Yes, he has his quirks, but if u give him a task, he can do it optimally. And he's actually a key component of the team; he does it in a different way. I felt him when he said he's gonna stand up and encourage Marcella because he's been in that position before where he's looked upon with a bad impression (some of it deserved), and people exploit him as a scapegoat. However, he's really one of the strongest players.
