What about the people that arent dumb and actually limit their EMF exposure. Also theres a thing called duration. Even if I get EMF exposure everytime I leave my house (and even some in my home from neighbors wifi etc) but nothing in my home emits wifi unless I turn it on, I run cat cables for my internet, wifi/bluetooth is disabled on everything unless I turn it on for the duration of the time I need it etc etc. I keep my phoen far away from me when I dont use it etc. What about for us? Also, since you sound like a noob on this subject, doubling the distance reduces the power density by 60%, so yes a wearable is extremely bad. A wifi router might be 50x more powerful than your Whoop band or Apple watch but your apple watch and Whoop are literally on your skin 24/7, your wifi router in many cases is 100feet away from you, especially while you sleep. SO even for the normies out there not avoiding EMF, your point still sucks and you dont know what youre talking about. Your point about cell phones and the fine print is the actual point, these EMFs are bad for us and they know it but just hide behind propaganda studies. Getting a sold 8-10 hours of very low or ideally no EMF exposure is ideal. Thats like saying, if youre going to eat 1 bad meal a day might as well just consume 100% of your calories with shit food. Uh no. The more EMF you can limit the better. A wearable is ON YOUR BODY so even a singificantly lower EMF reading but is inside your ears like airpods and wearable is bad

Whoops SAR from this video is 0.67 W/kg but an apple watch (which has much more functionality and emitting parts) is just 0.28 W/kg. Why so much for a simple strap? (Also, the FCC limit of 1.6 W/kg is to the head, not the wrist)

Idk what propganda mill youre running but youre dumb and just spreading nonsense. I left a comment on another dumb video of yours. Here is a video showing the EMF. That yes the overall power output from a whoop is lower than wifi router or a phone watchiing youtube or the like of course, at even 10-20-30ft a wifi router will be reading high still, but the wifi router is that far from you, the whoop or other wearables is on your skin. th-cam.com/users/shortsNH6dpw6CIz8?si=5SyNaMSgAtrVG3hh

As I was doing the video I was speaking to the foundations that were requirements before the replacement hacks….for example (pemf mat vs getting your feet on the ground…red lights vs seeing the sunrise and sunset…constants cold plunging vs getting outside in the elements and exercising) But nutrtion plays a foundational role
