I feel wolverine is a very relatable and ..for a lack of a better term , an achievable kind of superhero , his regenerative powers speaks to our never say die spirit . his claws speak to our grit, our determination and his heightened senses , is equivalent to our instincts. i've always felt he spoke deep into my psyche even when i was a 12 year old boy reading his comics

This guy has no clue what Omega level classification means. An omega level mutant has no upper limits to their powers. Gambit is an omega level mutant, but he was artificially restricted to make him not omega level because when his powers are restricted, he goes crazy. And becomes evil.

If you really wanted him to be omega level, he'd have to have some kind of mystic metal where he's indestructible to all forms of damage and he can hurt/nullify any being he slashes.
