The Shocking Truth About All Blacks' World Cup Preparation
It's the fans, most of them are lovely people, but you have a large minority who are incredibly toxic online and equally insecure.
This broadcast feels like it has been generated by A.I. to be honest, but to counter the arguments it presents: I don’t think Foster can objectively take total credit for the development of all All Blacks players during his tenure. There was assistance from plenty of other coaches at various levels (age grade, club, NPC and Super level) and the contribution of his own coaching assistants to take note of. Notably, the All Blacks showed most of their improvements after the sacking of his previous assistants and the appointment of Jason Ryan and Joe Schmidt to replace them. Secondly, and still entirely objectively, he finished with a mediocre coaching record that entirely matches his record prior to international level. His overall record of 70% (32 wins, 2 draws, 12 losses over 46 tests) is not great by All Blacks standards and includes a series of notable losses - first ever losses to Argentina (home and away), first home series loss to Ireland, first pool match lost in a World Cup, a record loss to South Africa. While there can be some mitigation with regards to the impact of COVID and other aspects of the changing scene in international rugby - and his best successes of ending Ireland’s unbeaten run and reaching a World Cup final shouldn’t be discounted - these things don’t erase his failings either. While the manner of his exit was controversial and messy, so was his appointment in the first place. Considering the number of proven coaches overlooked in 2019 (Joseph, Schmidt, Gatland, Robertson) in favour of a ‘continuity’ assistant coach, there were plenty of critics expressing their concerns about his record at the time and their projections were hardly proven wrong. The current state of the All Blacks clearly show that there is still a hill to climb in order for the All Blacks to get back to the top. Robertson’s first year record of 71% wins after 14 tests doesn’t appear to that much better than Foster’s which is why there are some barbs being thrown at Robertson currently. However, closer analysis will take note that all these tests were undertaken in his first year - a massive workload - and mostly away from home against Top ranked teams (South Africa, Ireland and France). It shows, in fact, a significant improvement on Foster’s first year in charge - a 50% win rate (3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses from just 6 tests exclusively against Argentina and Australia). Robertson had a year to rebuild his team with some notable absences (Whitelock, Retallick, Frizell, Smith, Mo’unga) and conceivably, his development might show a lot of dividends in the coming years. He has his own trajectory that is not something that Foster can take credit for either way.
Yes the awarded a try which was knockon forward ,been robbed on twikenham, and after wc 2x vs sboks in trc,definitily..... Sboks been robbed since 1996 until 2022...yes definitily correct....also 2011 in nz by nz with nz ref....definitily.... Nz must accept since tmo involving they cant get away with all 50/50 calls and all elegal play anymore thatswhy they struggle and lost 4 by sboks since tmo is involved...safas fought for it since 2000.....
Google Notebook LM at its best.
This is AI 😂
There is a fine balance of supporting voice. It's good, but tomuch it becomes comical. You're in danger of tipping the scales ⚖️. Review this piece, and you will value my view. But it's a great topic.
Very simple solution, remove Rieko Iowane completely from All Blacks. Simple
All Blacks lost because of the Rieko Iowane curse, whilst the 1 point..get rid of Rieko Iowane then you will see AB at it again 2011 and 2015 have set a standard of discipline.
Who are these two people talking. Its like they are reading a Harry Potter story. Do they even know rugby. Danty Panty.
Shame its called Rugby
Maybe Danty should stop complaining about this bullshit a rhat dident happen from over a year ago and focus on getting back into the french team since hes been completely dropped from the team Complain all you want but lets not forget that by world rugbys own admission that Penaud should have been sent off with a yellow and a review for a head contact he had
It seems as though neither of you understand the intricacies of the game. You don't discuss why you believe that PSDT's cleanout was illegal. Neither did you discuss what the 5 refereeing errors that the post tournament analysis by the IRB were, who committed them, and how they may have impacted the final result of the game.
In 2022 Du Toit got push from behind by hind own player as they were both approaching the ruck. When he got push his head mad contact with the other players head resulting in a red card. PTSD walked off the field in tears feeling like it was an accident but he had to pay the price for head on head contact. Go watch your highlights and check facts.
What a poor discussion.Why not show the incident.You clearly don’t know PSDT.Don’t won’t to listen to gossip..Cheers.
France is the biggest bleater nation, they thought having stolen the tournament from being hosted in RSA, through corruption, they were entitled to the win. RSA had 10 mins in the bin for Eben and still scored 3 - 4 in tries.. Very AI bot type content. PSDT is the best in the world in his position utter gent, Dante is bitter and twisted.
Come on SA had a better game plan and forced France to change their s. The impact of the bomb squad, this is what won SA the final. Please stop this questioning and blaming trying to deny, for now, SA is the world champions and best team in the world. Do better next time
What utter nonsense is this? The world cup is not a knockout tournament, only the last 8 ( quarter finals) also Danty is puffing. PSDT is not a dirty player at all. Dante is literally being French
Du Toit is by far the most ferocious defender in world rugby. He’s also probably the cleanest with hardly any cards in his whole career. Check his record. Come on guys that’s pathetic😂
He literally got a red card hitting the very same player in the head in 2022.
And then PSDT got world players of the year aswell😂..poor Danty. There's no rivalry between those two. No competition.
100%, no rivalry. Not even remotely evenly matched lol
2:30 not every match is a sudden death match. There is a log system before the knockout matches🫠
Not even close to being the defining moment. Scrum taken from a mark in the 22 and France never kicked the ball long again. Defensive pattern set further back from the breakdown, allowing the chance of a jackal at the next tackle so France stopped the way they were playing and had to do something different. If you prevent a team from playing the way they want to play, then that is (at least) half the battle won. Coming back after the fact and crying about an incident that wasn't even cited after the game is just ridiculous. Of course, the source for this story was the same French newspaper who alleged 5 errors that the referee made, one of which was Cheslin Kolbe allegedly running early for the charge down. Of course World Rugby themselves released that clip as a short on their official channel and labelled it 'impressive' so who are we believing here? World Rugby or the French rag with an axe to grind? WTF has this sport become?!?
Sounds like AI conversation. Absolute nonsense
Start from the beginning FRANCE STOLE the HOSTING RIGHTS by bribing Rugby AFRICA.World rugby knew what's happening and allowed it.France loosing is what they more than DESERVED.Dupont/DUCRETwere gifted awards without votes from judges.France needs to be punished with BEAUMONT.
When I listen this rubbish I can tell the speakers didn't even bother going back to actually watch the match.
5 major errors. Could be 1 against the South African team and 4 against France and there is a TMO so if they didn't see anything wrong as well then I have no idea. Maybe Mr Danty should rather play touch rugby. I have no idea how you can be in trauma if you playing a physical game.
This after the fact we could've won if they were penalized world view is a fallacy. Even if he was red carded, who's to say the boks wouldn't have won anyway. Butterfly effect and alternate realities and all that
Enjoyed the Video but to me this is kind of ridiculous as there over-80min's of moments in a Game & unfortunately the Officials are not going-to catch all of them & there's just abt always sumthing going-on @Breakdwn tht Ref cld Penalize a Team for depending-on how he perceives the actions @Breadwn @tht particular time & guess wot they're not going-to get it right all the time every Team has experienced this!!! At the end of the day U can blame Officials all-day for 1-moment due-to a decision or lack of a decision causing the loss of said Game or U can cme-to realization tht maybe over the course of 80min U didnt do enough to Win for example not allowing Eben Etsebth to score the last Try in all likelihood wld hve been enough to ensure France the Victory or scoring more points against Boks when Eben was sent-off for 10min with Yellow-Card ( which was also questionable-decision as Eben went down to a knee when tackling but cos he's almost 7ft & France-Player also was in a low driving-positions there was a clash of heads)!!!.... Those are moments France as a Team had more control overnthan they wld like to admit but it's just easier to not take responsibility & blame Officials just the harsh truth!!!
Americans know fuck all about rugby
Fossy wasn't a bad coach he was coming to the stage that a lot of ABs were ending there couriers and a new batch were incoming remember they nearly won the last RWC with only 14 men.
Fossie was saved by Jason and Joe, that's when the ABs turned it around. He has no form anywhere as a head coach to suggest he's good at it, might be a good assistant coach
Listening to the first few minutes there are some obviously uninformed takes, that are maybe guesses, this seems like its been made by AI. clearly don't know about Fossies era at all
Um yeah it says it’s AI generated in the description. Anyone who’s followed Foster’s career as a coach knows he should never have been appointed NZ coach.
Is this read by AI?
And 2024 they used 51 players so if they finalize te team,to 35 or less then they will be more insync and more domenant
They should not compromise. They should stick to their DNA. Power.
You have to be kidding. No Fossie. What a lie.
i would be blown away if kitshoff played again. rest up warrior, you've made us more than proud.
this was taped years ago
They're referring to 2025 tests. So I doubt it. Must've been recorded after the autumn nations series ended
Novak Djokovic proves that wrong, because he was surely the villain and he completely used that to power himself into being the GOAT.
This was totally done by AI folks, not humans. You see how good it's getting? Can hardly even tell.. nuts.
This is GoogleNotebook Lm podcast... So lazy.
Maybe somebody should tell these two that Johnny Sexton has retired..........
1:25 It was founded in 1865, its is 150th year Anniversary this year. 3:40 Ulster wouldn't be separated as the whole of North of Ireland isn't in the UK only 6 countries are.
We don't hate the team, it's the fans happy to laugh at others, but can't take it themselves
Every team that dominates, at certain times, deals with their supporters suddenly being "unbearable" to the rest. Even the team that everyone loved as their second choice, Ireland, has supporters that we all hate, now that their team is successful. Do I even need to mention AB supporters?
Really? Care to provide any proof?
A great example of getting a 15 minute discussion out of 2 minutes of information. Repeating the same stuff with different words is not a deep dive.
Almost every sport in Ireland is played on an all Ireland basis. Football, netball, snooker and motorsports are the few that are split (the motorsports work closely together though). Pretty much everything else is an all Ireland basis.
As far as I know, you can only get points when you beat a team above you.... therefore the Springboks will remain number 1, unless they lose a test or two. The Boks will also be playing against two top teams, France and NZ
You can gain points against any team below you as long as the ranking points are not greater than ten in difference
Sexton has retired. You guys need to do more research
@@oldman774 This channel is a joke.
@@oldman774 Yeah... not enough to over take the Boks IF they win all their games. Due to the B&I Lions tour, nobody will be playing against England, Wales, Scotland, or Ireland in end of year tours in 2027.
Well done and not bad for an “outside “ perspective! Irish rugby , one team spanning 2 independent political jurisdictions that manages to represent the sporting goals and ambitions of two populations with utterly diverse ethnic heritages, one seeing themselves as Irish proud ,independent and free of all political bonds to the London government. The other seeing themselves as “Irish” but also very British and proud to be an integral component of the United Kingdom.Never in my worst nightmares would I aspire to the anthem “God save the King” to be my anthem yet I can go to an Irish rugby game and stand side by side with people born on this island who consider themselves to be British.
A lot of the issue in my opinion is historical and very much patronage. Historically the sa team was viewed as being to blunt and brutal in their tactics and that their game was based on the philosophy of exploitation of others. Their physical makeup was always given as a result of non intelligence and Like I say exploitation. Then comes along this guy with a total different view but his on field tactics still based on the physicality. Dissecting of the man and the team never come up in their punditry. Realizing how this guy has built his success firstly on unifying all the parts of the endeavor. Firstly all stake holders needs to buy into the idea .unifyvthe fan base especially by expanding it.Realizing that thsbtheam has a far larger scope of stake holders .Even those that previously did not support the team has a major interest in the team and it's symbolism. But you will achieve that far easier with succes.Realising that the country has a thirst for a unifying success story was the first ingredient of te dish. The next step was easier: the man always knew he had the knowledge of how to be a coach that could win rugby matches and tournaments. He ha proven it in SAand Ireland. It comes from his background of being a hardworking analyst of the game and his (rare inthis world ) humility to be able to dissect himself and his doings critically. Add the talent and the player pool that is available to homI think the man then knew he had to make a difference. The last piece of the puzzle is to set the standards that you require. That he does with excellent man management and a I dare say the ultimate management team for his purpose. Now the rest is to constantly stay ahead of the pack, constantly innovate and yes challenge the status quo. It is the normal process of aCEO of a business that has the necessary qualifications the tenacity and drive to make their business the leader in their field who uses all the ingredients available to achieve the ultimate. And we🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦 love and respect the man to bits, because we are appreciative of what he is trying to achieve. Just watch what it meant to him when the landed at OR with OUR trophy in 2023. Finally the disrespect from the pundits in other countries stems from their arrogance. I venture to say that it comes from their inherent racism and superiority complex because it is the old colony that's showing them up.Its a bitter pill to swallow. And to add insult to injury black people Nogal. If and whenever this high ends you will all sing the praise of a man and his team that dominated under the worst of odds
Well said nogal. Lekker broer
Stephen Jones. Now there's a soft little puppy. And one pot who calls the kettle black! The English are able to serve up the highest of top shelf arrogance that is delivered with such clever diplomacy that you don't even notice it but believe you me they have always seen their way as the right way and the high way. Condescension is their second nature. The only guy that I have come across running English blood that has some humility is Tim from EggChasers. I have met English people who have humility but they don't come out of the ruling classes or the professions. It's the working class as always that brings some common sense and humility to proceedings. The poor people who have been fuc$&ed over for hundreds of years for their trouble. The traumatised ones who fought all the wars for King & Country. Steven Jones is a prick... a small one not worthy of much. He is much like that Kiwi writer that thinks he is tormenting South Africans with his everlasting criticism and hatred. These people are like little ticks that hang around the lions anus like a parasite sucking blood. Thank God for the Fair people of New Zealand, England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland who do not suffer these fools either. South Africans have had a massive amount of slings and arrows thrown at them over the years. We really have. We should not put up with this shit any longer. I thank Rassie for bringing some pride and joy to South Africans worldwide. We bow to your genius.
As Americans you only really scratch the surface and frankly there is no way you will understand because you are a western country while South Africa is not. And understanding the old boys western dominated club that world rugby is is required to at least partially understand why world rugby generally low key hates South African rugby and always has.
Persnnally i don'(t hate the spingboks , i just don't like a very noysy little parts of their fans who seems to be very bad winners and who often make racist comments about my country or my culture (i'm french). I like your channel but you're completely off the mark here. Most rugby fans in other countries admire the Springboks, including myself.
Sorry to hear about the French thing, I wouldn't admit it on social media, just keep it to yourself, good luck.
its not about rugby ... only football split.. all other sports like rugby horse racing athletics golf boxing hurling gaa is all still united
