For example if I referred to my Japanese car on the drive as British and Japanese, it would be true to the point it's British owned and operated, but made in Japan, and without the luxury of unrestricted explanation the shortened description suffices.

Pretty much across the Toyota range now they have a more tinny sound when the door shuts. I think it's because as we get into the quieter HYBRID/Electric era there's no need for as much sound proofing, so the door assembly is lighter creating less of a thud and more of a tin ping

​@@Gwril76 yes you're right, if you see the key it's Vauxhall and the bonnet release on the passenger front A pillar/frame also gives the game away it's a Vauxhall, although in terms of electric vehicles Vauxhall doesn't suffer the reliability issues of its combustion engine variants

​@@yaqoobhaji9996 The ICON spec hasn't actually changed as yet, if you look back at my videos there's a 2021 ICON and it's exactly the same as the current ICON in this video. I think a facelift may be at some point in the next year 25/26

@@dallasfrost1996lol it's huge compared to what's mostly on the UK roads(with the roads also being only small, along with the car parking spaces) The American trucks are crazy big, you'd have to get a police escort to navigate down UK roads 😂

@daPalma Yeah that's true lol, I keep forgetting U.K roads/parking spaces tend to be less spacious than what im used to here (though to be fair even our parking spaces aren't 'American' sized either, we're somewhere in the middle).

@@phil342 there was an identical one advertised at £10k over list, I did a double take but then realised the video of it was published the day before this one went out, so it may be that other different vehicle has now been reduced or it maybe the new owner of this one trying his luck lol as you can't get one for 2+ years, so any price is a good price if you want one

@@ffotograffydd Yes they have the E-Four system on the GR Sport PHEV in Europe. I think because the UK prices are already so high, if they added an E-Four option on the CHR it'd be almost the same price as the RAV4 GR Sport

@ I’ve been doing the same. I think I still want the RAV4 though. I put my purchase on hold because I had to have eye surgery and so couldn’t drive for a few months. Now I’m looking again, but think I might wait a few more months to see if they announce the new RAV4 for purchase towards the end of 2025. I’m planning to keep it for a while so getting the updated safety features and better fuel economy might be worth the wait.

@ffotograffydd Sounds like a plan. The all new Rav will be stunning if the new Prius is anything to go by.

@ I’ve heard it’ll have the same engine, safety features and tech as the Camry and that’s had very good reviews, so fingers crossed.
