I wish words could come close to expressing the gratitude that inhabits my being right now... This is home for me, Many sequences I knew ahead of seeing them, they just made sense to me. These sequences of exercises are so powerful in themselves as they free us, opening wind channels and breathing in just the right amount of air to help the fire within to build and stabilize within.
