It was a beautiful view up there, so totally worth it. And that river. It sure did stink but was lovely to bathe in 😁

We love to make things difficult for ourselves. We had camped there when we first arrived in Uruguay, so we knew it was a good spot.

Young again? I think age is just a number. It's your mindset that determines what you do 😉 We met one German guy in Colombia and again in Ecuador. He was in his 70's, travelling in a large classic German bus. He barely spoke Spanish, but he was living his best life ♥️ Our dream is to open a campground in South America when we are done, maybe you can come stay in our cabaña and we'll show you around a bit 😊

Haha meat up... Love it 😂 It was really nice to meet more VW enthusiasts. Especially now our Spanish is good enough to spend a night speaking to people. We slwent to one in Colombia 2 years ago, but did spend the night with them all, mostly because we weren't confident in speaking to them. We camped near by and heard them part ALL NIGHT... Colombians love a good party 😂

It's always nice when there a few friends to help you when it doesn't 😂

I try to envision taking my KLoUS on the adventures you’re on with each video. I am just not sure I have the same level of patience with the shadiness of mechanics that you have. I imagine the views and the experience more than make up for it. 🫡🚐

@@ajisroadtrippin5505 I can get that. I am very fortunate to travel with Willow who's knowledge and mechanical talents mean we very rarely have to rely on others, otherwise we probably wouldn't have made it this far. These landscapes definitely make up for the bad times though.
